i hate my parents
okay i dont get along w/ ANYONE in my family except my older brother. i can tell him everything. but it seems like my parents r out just to piss me off. they dont think i can think for myself and when i say something and i know what im talking about they dont believe me and think they know everything. they wont let me quit the sport that i dont enjoy cuz believe im great at it even tho they have NEVER seen me.i just cant stand it. and im going on a trip w/ them soon and i have to be in the car w/ them for a long time and i dont think i am going to enjoy it. i have heard that u get along w/ both of your parents so can u give me any pointers or ANYTHING?

Well i do try and relax when im around them i count to 10 if they yell at me to much.. haha its works kinda.. i mean it keeps me from exploding in there faces and that really keeps me out of trouble. I just say it in my head. I have a stress ball somewhere in my room. That always helps to. Or i scream in my pillow. But about the whole sport ask them if you can exchange it with a sport you do like. And let them know that you dont enjoy and you would rather acomplish something that you enjoy rather then something you dont enjoy. And for the car thing too just bring along magazines and a walkman and some CDs and just zone out in your own world. Maybe fall asleep that really helps time pass by!! Hope that helped-trix
