Is my crush weird ?

Question Posted Sunday June 6 2004, 10:05 am

I have liked this guy for over 3 years , since i was only 11 . Is this normal ...?
okay , i used to be real tongue tied around him , coming from an all girls elementary school and all , and i haven't started speaking to him since this year . We talk mostly on MSN , because i am still shy in front of him . He even commented on how different i acted on MSN , compared to how i act with him . the thing is , how i act on MSN , is how i would act in front of him , if only i wasn't so shy . I have barely exchanged more than about 30 sentences with him !! What can i do ?

If you really like him alot, just be straight up and he will be straight up wit you. If he likes you back he would accept you for who you are but you should be more out there not afraid of what he might think, if you say certain things. Just be you and if he cant accept that then thats his loss!

Just try your absolute hardest to be yourself and relax. think what he wants and im sure what he wants is for you to be like you are on MSN... so if you like this guy alot .. try and lighten up.. overcome that fear of being shy and things will go alot better good luck *~Trix~*

First of all, it is normal to like a guy for more than 3 years. It shows you are mature enough to stick to one guy for long enough to have a relationship. Tell him that you like hanging out with him, but sometimes you just don't know what to say, but on MSN it's easier to talk to him. Move up step by step. Call him on the phone. Talking on the phone is harder than talking on MSN, but easier than talking in person.
