Best resolution for all? Hello. I've been given the task of designing my school's yearbook, and since it'll be distributed as CDs, I've decided to present the yearbook content via HTML. Main content will be text in the form of articles, profiles, and photo galleries.
Now, the question; what would you consider the best resolution to design for, and would it be better to use a table-designed or CSS-designed layout? -- I don't know much about CSS, and there are time restraints to consider, but I'm willing to learn it if it means more flexibility. Any layout would be simple, but I also want it to look fairly consistent across all computers. I can't really ask people what their screen resolution is, because most people wouldn't know what it is. So... can anybody suggest a default resolution to design to? Offer any tips?
Thanks in advance; I'll probably be asking more questions relevant to the yearbook design soon.

You should do a table design, it would probably look more neat and easier for navigation. About the screen resolution, i would say 1024x786..most screens browsers are orginally that size. ]
