help with an apartment (in)decision i am a med student. quiet, stable environments are a good thing. i made a decision to move out of my GORGEOUS loft-style apt with skylights, claw-foot tub, stain. steel apps in a hip up-and-coming neighborhood because of construction going on below me to fix up some commercial spaces. i found a new apt, also loft style, less charm, less cool neighborhood. don5tgb-['t know if i want to go through hell to move v. hell of breaking a lease/being a jerk. i need quiet, i guess, but i will start working in the hospitals (surg 1st! aarg!). so i wonder how i should weigh quiet against a place with charm and good neighborhood for when i actually am home? moving is definitely a pain too... thanks! sorry abt length :(

If you are going to be working nights on med rotations ect, you will need your sleep. However, if you are not going to be happy in your new apartment, it all seems a little worthless. Perhaps find out how long the construction work will be going on for. It really is your decision. Good luck! ]
