Its normal because when you like someone you like to block the feeling infront of them just so you dont give anything away! Try and be abit nicer around him and maybe he might start to like you back! :O)

This happened to me before! And yes it is normal. Do you guys have some sort of IM or E-Mail program? Well since you say you are mean to him in person, try doing it where you guys wont be talking face to face... Just tell him and remember to relax! The worst thing that will happen is that he wont like you... you dont need a boy to make you happy, trust me on that one!

Oh, it's normal alright...
What should you do? Well, act nicer for a while, and if he asks what's up tell him that...well, you sorta like him.
If he doesn't notice, then he's probably relieved that you're nice and doesn't want to jinx it. Tell him anyways.
