Well personally I dont wear braces. But I did have a friend that did wear them. She was making out with her boyfriend and the did get stuck together. So there is a chance you may get stuck.

Lol, no you won't get stuck, that it more or a myth than a reality. When Braces first came out yes it was possible but now its rare and extremely hard to do. SO don't worry about it it won't happen.
