I regularly keep fit, 2 or 3 times a week and eat healthily. However, I do have noticeable breasts that obviously I shouldn't have, and I can't get rid of them.
I have heard of this condition in men but I just try and ignore it. It has affected my confidence though and it doesn't help when my mates take the mick.
What can I do to get rid of these? If I decide on liposuction, how much is that likely to cost?

Like after 2 months of working your chest out it replaces everything with muscle. SO you won't have to be concerned with having "man boobs". So just work it out and you will lose them. If you type "gynecomastia" into a regular search engine, tons of sites should pop up specifically geared to them. Try to visit a few of the more reputable ones, and learn a bit about it.
If I were you (which I'm not, but if I was...) I would go to the doctor as well, to ensure that there was no underlying medical problem causing it.
As for liposuction stopping your friends from teasing you: well, it COULD stop them, but somehow I doubt it. You'd just go from the "guy with breasts" to the "guy who used to have breasts but got them liposuctioned out". Cus yeah, friends are like that.
Lots of love...
