It seems that I have good advice only because I have made so many crappy decisions, and have since learned from them. We hope.
Seriously though folks, I do give decent advice, and I am virtually unshockable.
I hope I can help you with whatever problems you seem to be having!

Hi,I'm 21yr old male, concious of my body.
I regularly keep fit, 2 or 3 times a week and eat healthily. However, I do have noticeable breasts that obviously I shouldn't have, and I can't get rid of them.
I have heard of this condition in men but I just try and ignore it. It has affected my confidence though and it doesn't help when my mates take the mick.
What can I do to get rid of these? If I decide on liposuction, how much is that likely to cost?

It seems you're describing a condition called "gynecomastia", which has a lot of different causes and solutions. If you type "gynecomastia" into a regular search engine, tons of sites should pop up specifically geared to them. Try to visit a few of the more reputable ones, and learn a bit about it.
If I were you (which I'm not, but if I was...) I would go to the doctor as well, to ensure that there was no underlying medical problem causing it.
As for liposuction stopping your friends from teasing you: well, it COULD stop them, but somehow I doubt it. You'd just go from the "guy with breasts" to the "guy who used to have breasts but got them liposuctioned out". Cus yeah, friends are like that.
Lots of love...

Who else thinks DOCTORS WHO HELP SAVE PEOPLE'S LIVES should be paid more then people on t.v. who only try to look pretty...
GEEZE that's ridiculous if you think about it. Just because everybody knows your name doens't mean you should get millions of dollars for it. DOCTORS are MUCH MORE USEFUL then some stupid snotty celebrities out there...GEEZE!
I can't stand that...
I know not all of you agree...but is there any of you who do??

Not only doctors... but police, firefighters, nurses, teachers and soldiers too. (As well as a bundle of other professions I forgot, sorry!)
I agree with you completely. The world's priorities are messed up, for sure.

It means you're normal. Really you are. A wet dream is a a sign that you are entering the next phase of development, moving from a boy to a man, or some such cheesy nonsense.
Almost all (I would say "all", but I am sure there is some guy out there who has never had a wet dream who will point it out angrily to me) males have wet dreams at one time or another in their lives, usually starting in puberty.
It is a sign that all of your...errr... "systems" are starting to work as they should, and that your body is just doing a check on these systems, to see that they are functioning properly and so on.
While they can make a bit of a mess on the sheets, it is nothing to be too concerned about.
Lots of love...
