You dont need to be scared. Guys are fundamentally like you they love and hate. But ask yourself this question if you are afrade of him than do you think it is true love. It is a common mistake of adolesants they get confused and mix up lust and love. But if it is true love than you should swallow your fears of regection and ask him. And if he says no than you two were not made for each other.

I am 13 and when I was in 5th grade we would write notes to each other when we were in love.This way no one knows what the note is about accept for the person your asking out.

Telling someone how you feel about them can be very scary. For one thing, try and get to know him and try and feel really comfortable around him before you tell him how you feel.
