Having trouble with my m drive.
My Computer will not read the M drive. The Computer will come on but Windows will not come up. I put the recovery disk in and it will still not work. What can i do.

You have to run windows from the recovery disk. When the black screen pops up at the beginning of the start up, look around and find the number for boot selection(or something of that sort) Restart and hit that key. Then your comp will be running using the cd. You may not want to do this cause it can really screw up your computer if you dont know what to do. You can call people for assistance or just get someone to come out.

I would suggest calling customer service for whoever made your PC. If there's nothing you can do to fix it, try formatting the hard-drive and starting over. If that still doesn't work, you might have to replace the hard drive. Don't worry, hard-drive replacement isn't nearly as scary as it sounds. And if you're not comfortable doing it, you can easily find someone who will.

It might be corrupted the best thing to do is take it in because from the sounds of it nothing is working..SO take it in and get it checked they can give you a detail report on what needas to be done and what happened..

You should get into your software for the computer and call customer service. Tell them what is goin on and then fix it
