ok im 128lbs im 5'6 and in 8th grade. at our school we do swimming and i want to look good in my stomach area when i wear a bikini PLEASE PLEASE HOW DO I LOSE WEIGHT IN THAT AREA IN 3 WEEKS?????????IV TRIED NOT EATING AS MUCH AND IV TRIED DIETS BUTI NEED TO LOOK GOOD IN 3 WEEKSPLEASE HELP NOW!

Cspinoza1 answered Saturday March 6 2004, 6:27 pm: Sit ups, crunchies, and running. You don't need to diet just moderatly eat like instead of eating your noraml snacks replace them with with vegtables and fruits/ and exercise and fill your diet with water instead of milk/juices/soda
