I NEED to learn how to swallow pills... i just cant do it, i have a huge gag reflex but i'm in so much pain and the only med. i can get is swallowable. Anyone know any tricks?? (link)

im kinda weird, well i used to not be afraid of swollowing pillz but then i got scared nd then i wasnt anymore (hey thatz y my user name is xpilzex) haha get it? lol my advice is to just prettend is water and like swallow it, or like force urself to do it...lOL

I had the scariest day of my life the other day. I am an advicenator as well and the other day, i was walking to the park, and a guy sexually assulted me. The worst thing he did was finger me but it was still scary. I don't know what to do. I can't tell anyone because i already have enought problems as it is.
