Depends where. On the side isn't that bad, but the septum.....you WILL cry. And DO NOT TOUCH IT if you get it done in the middle. LOADS of nerve endings. You'll probably pass out from the pain.

I don't know, but one of my friends tried piercing his nose with a safety pin during biology, and he said it doesn't. (Yes, he tried piercing his nose [with a safety pin] in the middle of biology, with our evil teacher in the room and everything. It was actually kinda funny.)

Depends on what part? If you get the outer nose pieced it doesn't hurt that bad, but if you get the middle pierced it stings a little nothing to bad. And it also depends on how sensetive your skin is.;
