Hi
you can tip your head tword the sink and then floss this way that the plaque won't hit the mirror that much. ]
Well, I would advise you to not stand so close to the mirror. Maybe face your head downwards into the sink and you won't have to clean the mirror every time. Also, when you feel something in your teeth, look up into the mirror, find the plaque, and then put your head down again facing the sink and floss it out!

Face downwards, floss away from a mirror, use on of those little floss brush things or a watter pick... ]
Don't stand so close to the mirror while flossing.
For real, I can sit and watch TV while flossing just fine. It's not that hard to floss without looking. ]
