Permanent dark cicles under my eyes. I always seem to have dark circles under my eyes, always. I wear glasses so they're not that noticeable but I'd still rather not have them.
I get about 9 1/2 on school nights and a little more on the weekends so it shouldn't be solely lack of sleep.
Does anyone have any ideas why I've got them or how I could get rid of them?

9 1/2 hours of sleep is just average for people your age. So that means that it is just a bunch of hours added together and divided up. s maybe you should get more hours of sleep and put some cover-up on while you wait ]
They're cropcircles. The aliens are landing on your face. ]
it may be naturally done i know that some people have them because of bruses or they were born with them besides that i dunno ]
I have the same problem as you (right down to the fact that I wear glasses)! Since you have them all the time, its probably hereditary. Check if your parents had/have them.... they probably do.
As for getting rid of them, personally I just cover them up with a little makeup. Here are two other remedies (note: I have not tried these and make no guarantees):
Gently massage saffron or almond oil on the dark area before going to bed.
Dip cotton pads in fig juice, rosewater, or cold milk. Lie down with your feet raised higher than your head, then place the wet pads on your closed eyes. Stay that way for 10 minutes. ]
too much sleep can also make you tired; everyone has a set amount of sleep that is good for them.
try sleeping closer to 8 hours or even 7, also, until they go away on their own, try using concealer. Just make sure to get your skin tone, or it'll be REALLY noticable
I sleep about 4 hours and dont have dark circles. I did for a while, but I didnt use concealer because i dont like makeup. ]
Bet you havent heard this one before... get less sleep, 8-9 hours 9 is best, its acctually better to get odd hours of sleep then even and if you sleep to much it has simaler side effects to sleeping to little. Also cucumbers on your eyes, that could help too... ]
If you're in the high school age range, (14-18), you're actually supposed to be getting ten hours of sleep a night, on average. Most high schoolers only get close to seven. You might want to try adding an extra thirty minutes to your dreaming. It could help with the circles.
If, however, you find that you're adding sleep and it's not improving your circles, you could go for herbal remedies (I've found that teabags are wonderful for other eye ailments, like sties) or modify your diet. Sugar and other dietic no-nos are famous for leaving external markings of their presence, such as zits. If sleep and herbal remedies fail, then cut out the sweets--it will make a difference. ]
I don't know why you've got them, but the easiest way to get rid of them would be to cover them up. A little tiny bit of makeup could cover it up, I suppose. Or you could just leave them, since I"m sure they can't be THAT bad. ]
