hey guys =] i got my belly button pierced a while ago and i want to change it.. i attempeted to take the ball off (it's a curved bar bell) but i can't get it off.. did anyone else have to same problem? and are there any tips that i can get on how to take it off ;] thanks a lot =]

anxiety controls me

Aleast 30 min after lying down in bed anxiety takes control of me. The "what ifs" or negative thoughts fill my head. Tears start streaing down my face. No matter how hard I try to stop crying my eyes still fill with water. Positive thoughts try to gain control but the negative, insecure ones take over as if its supposed to be that way. My past comes back to me again the good and bad memories, but mostly the bad. Telling myself I cant dwell on my past-focus on present.I still feel liek i must cry to feel better. Not knowing why I cry at night for the smallest reasons really bugs me. I want to put an end to this all. It might not be hard at all for some people but the next day awaits, and I worry about the cool things to say, the ri...

This is going to sound really weird. I'm home alone sick. And im playing my old Nintendo 64. I'm playing Mario Party.. the first one. On the personal journey thing with the raft, why does it ask for two people's names? Like I picked Luigi and Mario but I only used Luigi. I beat the journey part of the game, meaning I beat Toad in Slot Car Derby 2. But Why did they have me choose Mario.

Alright, i didn't know what to put this under. anyway, I've been giving massages since i was like 12. I"m now 15/f, and i wanted to know if anybody knows any tips about massaging. websites? anything? i just want to improve my skills and satisfaction rate. i'm wanting to be a massuse when i groow up so yeah.

sensors

I was just wondering if sensors ((on clothes)) make any noise when you cut them off or whatever to get/take them off. My friends and I usually steal but we cut around the sensor and end up with big holes in our clothes. I know the sensors make noise if you take them out of the stoiree but what about when you're like in the dressing room or whatever? Thanks in advance.

gain weight

ok well i'm in 8th grade and for the end of the year trip we're going to a waterpark and like i wanna wear a bikini but i'll be soo self conscious in it. i'm like 5'5" and about 102 pounds or around there but i really wanna gain a few more pounds because my ribs like stick out and it looks weird. i'm not like super skinny and i mean, i eat, like A LOT. lol but i like don't gain weight. soo my question is, what can i do to gain maybe like 3-5 pounds by june? but healthy. thanksss.
