gain weight ok well i'm in 8th grade and for the end of the year trip we're going to a waterpark and like i wanna wear a bikini but i'll be soo self conscious in it. i'm like 5'5" and about 102 pounds or around there but i really wanna gain a few more pounds because my ribs like stick out and it looks weird. i'm not like super skinny and i mean, i eat, like A LOT. lol but i like don't gain weight. soo my question is, what can i do to gain maybe like 3-5 pounds by june? but healthy. thanksss.

What you need to do is build muscle.
Muscle weighs more than fat, and it'll give you more meat on your bones.
Eating more or higher carb foods won't help for more than a few hours.

Go to your doctor and make sure you don't have a problem with your lymph nodes...(what regulates your metabolism). I have an extremely skinny friend who is on meds for it. He/she can tell you the healthiest way to gain weight, even if you don't want or don't have to take medication for it. ]
If you say you eat A LOT and you wanna GAIN weight theres not much to do. You can try to eat more but healthy and not only junk foods.
