ok well i'm in 8th grade and for the end of the year trip we're going to a waterpark and like i wanna wear a bikini but i'll be soo self conscious in it. i'm like 5'5" and about 102 pounds or around there but i really wanna gain a few more pounds because my ribs like stick out and it looks weird. i'm not like super skinny and i mean, i eat, like A LOT. lol but i like don't gain weight. soo my question is, what can i do to gain maybe like 3-5 pounds by june? but healthy. thanksss.
LadyGoodman answered Sunday April 23 2006, 6:20 pm: Go to your doctor and make sure you don't have a problem with your lymph nodes...(what regulates your metabolism). I have an extremely skinny friend who is on meds for it. He/she can tell you the healthiest way to gain weight, even if you don't want or don't have to take medication for it.
