That picture is photoshoped and it's kind of difficult. You have to download the program and learn how to use everything. Ask her if she could do it for you because it's pretty dificult if you've never done it before.

I know this advice isn't exactly helpful, but if someone you know has done that, then ask them if they can teach you. You may need a special download or software like photoshop.
Like I said, it might be helpful to ask the person who did it if you know them, or are friends with them.

Then you'd have to download that font and some tools I suppose.
It's rather difficult to explain, but if you don't have photoshop, don't bother.
I think you should just message her and ask if she would do it for you. Be really nice too, haha! If she will, then just send her a picture and that's all.
