I Can't Fall Asleep! Please Help!

It is the middle of the night right now and I have tried to go to sleep at least 4 times and everytime when I'm that moment right before dreaming I either have some weird vision that freaks me out and causes me to wake up and once I got this really stron tingling sensation in my side that made me jump but it went away the second I moved. Now I just gave up on trying to sleep. What could be causing this? Im 13/f. Thanks!

I like this boy, a lot. I would just like to know what is going on with me.
I miss him even if he's gone for just 2 minutes to go pee.
I'm always looking at him to check if he's looking at me.
He walks by and even if I'm crying, I'd smile.

Hair dye and eyebrows.

I have dark brown hair and have recently decided to FINALLY pluck up the courage to dye my hair red. Not Rihanna/kool-aid/ketchup red, but a natural dark aurburn-ish color. The problem is, I have thick, VERY dark eyebrows, they're almost straight up BLACK. They barely look natural with my own hair color anyway, so they will most certainly look awkward with red hair. My automatic first thought when I realized this was, well I'll just dye my eyebrows too... but I've never dyed hair before. So I don't know if that's safe? Or if that just won't work? Or if that will only look even weirder? Someone suggested I simply dye my eyebrows a slightly lighter brown, would that work? Any answer would be greatly appreciated, but especially if anyone else has ever had this problem.

Well,I have a boyfriend,we've been dating for almost 2 years,but over the last 5 or 6 months we've been through a lot of hardships and bitter disappoinment,'cause he would lie to me a lot and even cheated on me,so I guess I just stopped loving him the way I used to do,I don't miss him anymore,I don't cry any longer,and I'm even interested in other quys,it's awful 'cause I wouldn't like to hurt his feelings but at the same time I don't wanna be lying to myself either,so how could I face him and tell him what's going on?thanks!

Okay, this is a bit weird, but i thought i started my peirod in 6th grade, but it stayed for one day and left, then three years later (three months ago) i thought i had gotten it like forever because it stayed for three days, but it has not returned scence, i have gotten discharge for 4 years of my life, and i am confused, if someone could explain, it would help me alot!

Jaw popping

Yesterday when I was driving my jaw popped idk why tho. And it was a sudden pain that only lasted in the moment. Now today everytime I eat/open my mouth my jaw keeps popping what is this?
Also my parents jaws pop when they eat sometimes so idk if that has anything to do with it. But how do I stop this!

I'm a 31 year old working professional with a one year old. My husband is really good looking, charming, flirty by nature and in sales. Finding time to work out

I'm hoping for some exercise advice. I'm about to start a second part-time job. It it only temporary, but it will leave me with virtually no free time during the week to work out. I could get up super early and work out but I have trouble sleeping and am really bad at waking up early. So my question is, how do you think I can find time to exercise enough during this extremely busy period of time?
