arlight.. I was just curious..how can you really tell the difference between spotting and your period? my boyfriend& I are sexualy active..we always use a condom..and I was just put on birth control a few days ago. I'm using Estrostep, and doing the one day starter, meaning I started taking the pill the day I got my period& so forth. I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative..but I know they aren't 100% accurate..also, there is only alot of blood when I wake up in the morning, but during the day there's barely any..
1. am I spotting from the birth control or is it just a really light flow because of the birth control?
2. how can you tell the main difference between a really light flow and spottin...

I need some help from you woman only please. Some nights may husband is in the mood and we could go for a long time and other nights he just pushes me away and tells me that he's not in the mood.
