Does anyone know of any good volunteer organization in (or close to) Westchester NY?? I'm looking for something to commit t...and to get really involved in (I'm 16 years old). I would love to do something involving kids...but i'm open to ANYTHING.

I have heard about those sunless spray on tans available in tanning salons. The type where you are misted with the solution (not a bottled take-home kind). I was wondering, do they work well? Are some kinds better than others? What do you wear?

hi, are you allowed to use your oppenents cards to make a 5 card hand in hole 'em? i think they do this in james bond-casino royale. maybe it was just me, but i was just wandering. i know you can use the community cards, but if your oppenent shows his cards first, can you use his personal cards? thanks

my friend plugged in his ipod to my computer and then when i plugged mine in all the songs that were in my library were gone! how do you get back songs that you have already purchased but are not in your library?!? please help!

How to stay up all night

On tuesday, which is a couple days away, my friend is having a mixed boys and girls sleepover with like 15 people and we are going to try to pull an all nighter cos we're staying in her caravan and there's hardly enough room for us to all sleep in there.
I am crap at staying awake, so I would like some tips on how to do it.
I thought maybe it would be best if I got lots of sleep so I wouldn't be tired on tuesday but then I thought that I would get into that routine and my body clock would tell me to go to sleep early tuesday night, so maybe I should start going to bed later? Or maybe I should just go to sleep the usual time?
There is going to be alcohol there, how much should I drink...

first time summer camp?

i know a lot of people go to sleepaway summer camps for like the entire summer and just love it. well i have never been to one and i definitely dont think i would want to go all summer. but i really want a way to get out there and meet new people, make more friends and have fun. are there any sleep away camps like this that only go for a short period of time? like maybe a week or 2? i want to go but i am kind of shy at first and im not too good at talking to new people, so i think i would try to convince a friend of mine to go with me. do you think it would be a good idea? and any other suggestions, thanks

Q1: if a tree falls and no ones around to hear it, does it make a sound?
for my answer that would be a yes because wiether [sp] you hear it or not its going to make a sound. anyone think differently and why.
Q2: what came first, the chicken or the egg?
for that one i would say the chicken because the chicken has to lay eggs. so if there was no chicken there could be no egg. so you couldnt start with just an egg. and besides i think it was the chicken since like.. the egg has to be taken care of inorder to live so.. the egg wouldnt be the first one. anyone agree/disagree. and whyy?

Pubic Hair Problems

I'm 17 years old an a virgin, so I never worried about pubic hair before. I shaved the sides and trimmed the rest so it was neat and clean. After all, I was the only one seeing it.
I thought about shaving the whole thing for a long time (my sister does it and I know the smooth look is popular) and today I just shaved it all off. Here's two questions.
1.) I soaked in hot bathwater for awhile to soften the hair before I shaved. I lathered it up and shaved it in all directions...twice! It feels smooth but it sort of looks stubbly in some places. It's not horrible...but does anyone know what I mean or what I could do about it?
2.) No offense to those that shave it all, but it just looks...stupid on me...like...

I'm looking for this song. Here's what the music video is like. Sorry if it's a little vague.
It has a guy and this girl who go to the same high dchool or college. They start dating and then he goes to a bar and he finds her stripping at the bar. Then he tries to talk to her but she wont talk to him. (Then it cuts back to the band playing the song, in the parking lot when it's raining) Then the bouncer kicks him out. Later that night she's babysitting but the guy thinks it's her child then later she gives the child back. When they get back to school they show them talking to eachother through the gate, but he wont talk to her.
Does anybody know which band and what song, or maybe it's not a band. I don't know.

well i really really really want to become an actress. i think i have the talent and the looks. but i dont know where to start. i live in newyork queens so its hard to find acting agencies or auditions around here. does anyone know where i can go to find this?
also. i want to know where its better to go to auditions or acting agencies? and why?
or any summer acting programs. any advice on what i can do and how i can get started?

Okay, so basically I lost my favorite pair of jeans! I'm dying, because they fit me perfectly! So I looked all of the obvious places (my dresser, my car, my gym locker, my regular locker, lost and found.. etc.)
so my question is, what are some horribly ridiculous places I might have put them? (and no, I'm not wearing them either. :P)
