okay, so lately, i haven't really gained any weight, but my stomach seems to be bothering me.
like when i sit.. it 'bunches up'. i used to do alot of curlups, but i've been taking a break.
i just really want to lose the weight on my stomach, and i know you can't really lose weight in a specific place, but does anyone know any ways to target that area other than curlups? i need more of a way to burn the fat off, along with building muscle, more than mainly building muscle, since you wont be able to see it under fat anyways. =P

so im 16/f 5'7 and about 120 lbs give or take. i realize im thin but my legs especially my thighs and my butt are soo flabby and jiggly and i hate it. i dont want to do cardio bc 1- im lazy haha and 2- i dont want to lose a lot of weight, soo i was just planning on doing lunges and leg lifts and stuff along with crunches and what not. but i heard you cant lose weight without doing cardio so what do i do? i only wanna lose maybe 3-5 pounds.. oh and theres basically no muscle in my legs or butt so yeah.

ok I been freinds with these 2 girls are best freinds growing up. so we all been good friends and had good times. well thing is they are in collage. and i am not. i am kinda in different driction i am not bommer its just not everybody can go collage. but how ever. right now me and my freind are dift way from eatcher and sometimes now and days I feel like my life is control by them and wasted on them. and i think good idea is to stay way from and not talk to. becouse i don't know who i am anymore. oka here is the deal this boy this annoying boy keeps messing with me a course he mess with all the other girls but he mess with me the most, likes when he sees me he yells my name,always saying stupid stuff to me and just being so annoying. soo i was going to hook up my ipod to my boyfriends computer to get some songs he downloaded for me. i usually use limewire but we had to temporarily switch to dial up internet so limewire is screwed. i know that it can be done but its just kinda complicated since his computer wont recognize my ipod. soo what do i do to connect it to his and then back to mine when i get home? and just fyi, i manually update the songs on my ipod, so none of my songs will get deleted when i hook it up, and vice versa. any help is appreciated, thanks =].

How to talk to an international student?

So, at my school we have a TON of international kids[most are from Asia]. Well, there is this one guy(he is Korean) that has had my eye for a while now. We make eye contact often and at morning meeting thing [our form of school announcments] he always sits next to me. I've never talked to him before, but I want to start. The only problem is, is that he isn't very good with English and I only see him hanging around with the other Asians at school. How can I begin a conversation with him without it being too awkward/random and confusing? Thanks =]

theres this girl in one of my classes that i like. i wana ask her out but i just dont now if she likes me or not. she does things that i dont now if they mean she likes me. like she puts her foot like a mila meter over my foot and nudges it sometimes, or she flirts w/ me, or she's always tryin to grab my hand to draw stuf on it or like if i try to take somethin from her bag as a joke she grabs my arm and holds it for like 30 seconds before lettin go. but she also tells her firends that she doesnt like any1. so does she like me and whats a good way to find out if she likes me or not

im the average female. im active, i do track and cheerleading. ive had this problem for a while, and i sweat badly.. on my butt. my crotch and ass sweat bad, like i get sweat marks on the back of my sofie shorts when i run. i feel like i pee my pants but its sweat and i get really sefl conscience. also when i tumble at times, i pee my pants a little. its usually funny but it is so uncomfortable and it makes me feel so dirty. how can i lessin the sweat and not pee my pants? haha thanks in advance
