ORGASM DURING SLEEP?

last night in my sleep I sort of had this dream thing where it was like my clit was being fingered really really hard, and then I started to orgasm and I sort of woke up in the middle of it, and that was all i remembered about my dream last night.

well i have this guy friend and we've been friends for practically forever and our parents are friends too. I cry almost every day for no reason. I'm angry and irritable over the smallest things some days, and other days it's like nothing matters. For the past couple of weeks every time I let my mind wander I end up thinking "wouldn't it be spectacular [I actually use the word spectacular] if I was sure there wasn't an afterlife. Then I could just kill myself" The only thing keeping me from suicide is my conviction that there is an afterlife and I don't want to have to explain myself to a higher entity. I haven't slept more than 20 hours combined in the last 2 weeks. I'm pretty sure I have bipolar disorder, but my parents always think I'm over-reacting. How can I convince them to let me see a psychiatrist?

There are bumps on my vag, usually about 5 or 6 at a time (not all clustered like cellulite). Some of them look like pimples that match my skin color, and there's usually one or two that have the texture and size of a mosquito bite. There's also this one bump that looks kind of like a scar. It's about an eigth of an inch long , is several shades darker than my skin color, and is surrounded by a VERY VERY thin yellow-whitish line. and these bumps sometimes itch.
additional info:
-i am a virgin, so no STIs..
-i masturbate on average four-five times a week, depends on where i am in my cycle

When i'm in heat, the feeling that usually goes on in my pelvic area has changed..it used to be just kind of..pleasant? but now it feels good, but now it feels like menstrual cramps [im not on my period] without the throwing up feeling. and the feeling is lower. i have a feeling it's around my cervix, but idk for sure.
