I don't know why he does, some guys come faster than others. It will possibly change someday. He can see a doctor about. But there is this thing you can buy at Spencer's [if you have one by you]. It's like a short rubber rope-like thing that he can tie around his balls, so he won't be able to cum until he pulls the rope off. I'm not sure how well it works but you guys can give it a try. =)
