Secret life of an american teenager

I was wondering if your high school was at all like its portrayed in the show the Secret life of an American Teenager? I'm a sophomore, and sure kids are having sex at my school but its not nearly dramatic and a big deal as it is in the show.
My mom happened to see the show so now she's got the wrong idea about my friends and my school. Sure I'm somewhat sexually active but its not like its all everyone talks about and everyone doesn't just sleep around.
I'm curious how your high schools are in comparison to the show. Thanks!

this is a question about the show supernatural.
if you havent wacthed it i recomend it, but it has a lot of violence though. but here is my question... Do you think jensen ackles(dean) is coming back to the show? there has been a lot of rumors that he is moving on to movies and that chad michael murry is going to play dean. i really hope not though. i love jensen!!! and also do you like sam or dean better? thanks-muddymidfielder

ipod in radio

The radio in my car lets me plug in my ipod, but when I plug it in, first of all it wont let me pick my own songs, i can't navigate through my menu.
And second after like 10 minutes of playing it makes a beep noise and the music stops playing, and on the radio it says "no device plugged in" , but it is still plugged in...
Help??

My dream is to become a singer. I'm a singer and songwriter and I just am dying to get discovered. I don't know what to do I've been singing in places getting noticed and such but the right people don't come to me I don't know I've heard I'm really good. I made a demo and I really want to send it to recording labels that are accepting submissions but I looked everywhere and can't find them. Can you guys help this girl out? I've tried everything. The only website that gives you recording labels is taxi.com but its 300 a year. And my dad says that's wayy to much I agree. Most of the websites are that way to join you have to pay a fee. So can someone help me find recording labels looking for new artists. My genre is pop, pop rock, ...

I heard that if you smear toothpaste onto orange peels and let it sit in the sunlight for 1-2 weeks, it will produce a juice that, if you drink it, will make you have an acid-like trip. Is this true? (NOT going to try it though drugs are stupid) The people who told how to do it say it works. I'm just curious. Does it?

for the people who live in the north east, in new york. What is with the rain EVERY single day for the past month? im getting sick of this, what is going on with our weather?
this is really making me upset because i hate thunderstorms, and im always home alone during the week days from 645 am to about 7 in the evening or a little earlier, it depends. but what really upsets me is that i cant enjoy my summer outdoors tanning, i have to stay inside and watch TV. And i cant even go for a walk because i know at any second with this stupid retarded weather it can pour any second.
what the hell is going on!?

Online Japanese Lessons?

I really want to learn Japanese, but there aren't any Japanese classes in my area. I searched on Yahoo! and found a pretty good-looking online course: http://www.yesjapan.com/ My question is, does that seem like it would effectively help me learn Japanese? There was a little tour of the curriculum, and it seemed like it would be fun and effective in teaching (without being so boring that I lose interest, as I've noticed in some other sites I've researched). Really, any opinions on the site are what I'm looking for- of course opinions from those who've actually used it would be fantastic, but I doubt there are many of those, so if you could just take a look at the tour and everything, that'd be awesome. Also, if you have another alternative ...

Okay, is there anyone who has upgraded the enV to the enV²? If so, can you tell me what is really good about the upgraded phone and which one you would rather have?
- I currently have the LG chocolate [the newer virsion]
- I text a lot.
- I like loud phones.
- I take a lot of pictures on the phone because my camera is currently broken.
A few more questions:
- What are some positives about the upgraded phone, and some negatives?
- If its really worth the amount of money it is selling for online/in stores.
- Would you recommend it?
