I heard that if you smear toothpaste onto orange peels and let it sit in the sunlight for 1-2 weeks, it will produce a juice that, if you drink it, will make you have an acid-like trip. Is this true? (NOT going to try it though drugs are stupid) The people who told how to do it say it works. I'm just curious. Does it?
Additional info, added Tuesday July 8 2008, 2:15 pm: Well, to those who say no I really think its possible. The people who gave instruction said they did it and it worked.. No, this doesn't work. For the original "fruit high", google "bananadine", and before you ask, that doesn't work either, regardless of what moron says it does.
The only "high"s you're going to find in your grocery store are from nutmeg (Not good for you at all, mrysticin and safrole play hell with your system) and kava (A member of the pepper family. Again, don't try it).
karenR answered Tuesday July 8 2008, 12:14 pm: No, it is not true. There is nothing in either
toothpaste, oranges or in the combination that
would do that. Sit a bottle of any juice in the
sun for a couple of weeks until it rots. Drink
it and you might feel a little strange. Thats
only a trip to the ER or bathroom to puke. :) [ karenR's advice column | Ask karenR A Question ]
