my boyfriend has been smoking for years. so i started doing like, 1 every few days just to tell him that i smoked so he wouldnt feel so bad about it. well now im addicted to it. i have 3/4 of a pack left and my friend keeps telling me she can get me more but shes lying. shes not even trying and i figured that out last night.
im not saying i wanna quit? im just saying i have plenty of money and i can sfford cigs right now, i just dunno how to get them. my parents dont smoke. and my bf is grounded righ now. hes going to be grounded until the 30th and he usually supplies me. i give him like, 20 and he gets his brother to go to the drugstore and get some. i have no problem with that, its just that i have a problem with paying for...

ok. well i weigh about 120-125. and im 5 foot 5. bu ti still have a little tummy and UGH! it bugs me so much and i wanna loose weight, so now i started only eating salads and not eating anything for dinner. i also eat breakfast. lets just say i stay off the junk now for a week. and i run and do exercises i saw in magazine with weights. when should that help me? in a month? 2 weeks? i really wanna loose 10 pounds in about 2-3 weeks. will that work? and if so, what can i do to loose that many pounds..im TOO FATTT!

Nasal..

I went to the doctors the other day, and I got told that I have a huge nasal polymer(I think it was polymer..something poly anyway :\)
It's about 90% in capacity, so I'm getting it removed in August.
I'm 15/f btw.
I know it's about a 15 minute surgery, and I'll be under general anesthetic but I'm a bit scared.
How will I feel after surgery?
How do you go on anesthetic..so on.
So if you've had the surgery, I'd like your experience!

Dealing with STRESS

I am very stressed out at the moment, to the point where I am continuously having trouble falling asleep, focus when I really need to, keep myself motivated, etc., etc. I am preparing for one of the most important exams of my academic (and professional) life, the dreaded LSAT, and the stress is, of course, doing absolutely nothing to improve the situation; it's debilitating in a way. I understand that most people who have to take this exam are stressed- the whole law school application process, along with this exam, is enough to drive more than a couple people berserk. But the thought that everyone in this boat goes through this is doing nothing to help.
I thought I'd ask for some advice on how to manage stress...it could on...

tongue piercing

I'm planning on getting my tongue pierced, but I'm tongue-tied (I have a really short tongue). Do I have to get that little...thing under my tongue clipped so I can get it pierced? And what if there's no medical reason to get it clipped, can you do it just to do it? How much does it cost? And how long does it take for your tongue to heal afterwards? Sorry for so many questions! Any help at all is appreciated!

I'll try to sum it up short but our gym class is going bike riding 10km on friday to an ice cream place on a really hot day. One problem is, I just got ym period and when i do, I get really bad cramps. I could take Midol or something before we go but does it make you drowsy? I don't want to get hit by a car or anything. I'm the slowst bike rider ever and it's easy getting lost when you're going 10km!

i've never had this problem before!!! even when i was in Nigeria last year where it's so so SO hot. I am in Greenland now and it's colder here... i am sweating like a cow! i have sweat circles always no matter how much deodorant i rub on!!!! i am not doing strenuous work (well it's wayyyy less than what i use to do in Nigeria) and i am sweating... the only thing i could think of is that it has been more than a year now since i had my laser treatment (for hair removal, underarms, bikini, legs, arms) which i usually do either during my couple days transit in uk, france, or if i am in the states... but it's been a year... shouldn't the sweating have began earlier? help!! please it's ruining my life! what can be the problem...

scalp condition?

recently, my hair has been having patches of, like, flaky skin in it. my friend says it looks like dandruff. and near my scalp, there have been pieces of skin like stuck in my hair. it's been occurring for two days now, and i'm really self-concious about it. my mom won't really help me with it. she just says im fine and leaves it at that. what could it be? and are there any products or thing i could do to stop it? any help is appreciated. thank you.

Period

Okay I'm 15 years old. I've had my period since I was 13. It has ALWAYS been regular, I would get it every month around the 17th. But this past March I stopped getting my period. I AM NOT SEXUALLY ACTIVE at all. Im a little concerned because I saw on Tyra last night that this girl stopped getting her period for a couple monthes & it turned out she had a brain tumor? So if you ever had this happen to you.. or if you have any advice please let me know. Thanks so much!
