Ok i got my period and i have really really bad cramps. i had such bad ones that i threw up 4 times and i had just taken medicine so i threw it up. Also when i sleep i wake up like every hour because it hurts so bad. What is something i should take or do??

hey alicia - ur absoloutley gorgeous ! - i'd kill to look a thing like u - newayz - i like this guy who liked me last year - but i was so mean to him cause i was scared of him when i found out he liked me cause he is 2 years older then me - and now hes going out with my best friend but i really like him - one time he accidentally called her my name - and stuff like that happens all the time - like whenever they get in a fight he'll be like fine i'll go talk to trish now - and his girlfriend (my best friend) hates when we talk or when we hang out alone and wont let us like be any closer then 4 feet away from each other - so can you help me out here ? thanks !

Im sorrie to bug you, kuz i dont know you or anytihng but i was reading your columns an you have helped alot of people out, so i was wondering if you could tell me if i did the right thing here....I lyked this guy for a relle long tyme, an we were koo friends buh not anything more...we saw eachother lyke every weekend an stuff..an then he started lyken mai twin sister, so i stopped lyking him. well the middle of this skewl year he transfers to my skewl, an we became closer friends, an i started lyking him alot. me and him were always together an everyone would ask about 'us' and if we were a couple or anything, an he would be lyke yah this is mai lady an stuff...then he started going out with this girl from another skewl, an i was relle bum...

i feel so dumb..anyways..what am i suppose to do? like when my b/fs givin me a hickey or kissing me somewhere other than my mouth or doing other things..yah you know..umm like i dont know how to describe it, i just sit there like "duh"..what are some things to do to actually acknowledge what he's doing, show him that i like it, or idk..lol anything so that i'm just not sitting there..

yes, i am now asking for some help in return to all the questions i've answered on here..
what is the absolute best hair crimper you can buy? where do you get it? and about how much?
--i have medium length, THICK hair and the only hair crimpers i've used have made my hair either frizzy, or simply had no effect what-so-ever..

ok i like this older guy. he is a senior and im a freshman lol. but anyway, he flirts w/ me like all the time and always talks to me like at school and whenever we see each other. but it just seems like he doesnt like me....i dont know its weird, can yoo help meh

Poison Oak

I got poison oak really bad on my leg this year and it finally went away but it left a big white scar-its like a circle- on my ankle and like dots all over my feet (from where it was) and i don't know what to do! it looks really weird cuz im tan and then theres a whitish spot! is there any way to get rid of it? or will it ever go away?? ill rate!

Ok, everyone this is kinda a weird question but lately gerbils have been coming out of my butt. Like I'll be standing there naked and huge gerbils will come flying out of my butt. I put up a cage and I already have like, 20!!! WHAT DO I DO!?! IM SCARED:(

ok,well to start wit the characters in this problem will b--->ME,Bill(in mah school my age) and Ronald(19 yrs old graduated from high school)!well on the 2nd semester of last year this Bill was new in my class n sits rite across from me...at first i thought i wasnt his type b/c he is the type of person that doesnt show his feelings...but then when time passed by we started talkin n ended up hookin up...i relly liked the guy and everything and i wanted to b more then just a hookup.the thing is that Bill was takin things slow n was thinkin bout it a lot (n i dont blame him) b/c my parents are very stricked and they dont let me go out...so we had to sneak out n shit to see eachother n w/e w/e...(if u kno wut i mean) anyways we hooked up...s...

I can never tell when my period is over. It sometimes stops for a day, then comes back. But, after my period for about a day or 2, my urine is brown. is that normal?
