Okay, my next door neighbors have two kids. They are 5 and 9 years old. No offence to them, but I really don't like them. They are really annoying. Whenever we have a day off from school on like snow days or random hollidays where we don't have school on friday or thursday, they ALWAYS ask me to babysit. I have babysat for them like 10 times and I hate it. It keeps getting worse and worse. And it's not even that I don't like them, it's that I don't even want to be there and the day seems to get longer and longer since I have to babysit all day. We are not having school this Friday and I think that they are going to come over and ask me to babysit soon. Can anyone think of a good excuse to say if you dont want to babysit because i don't want to say, "I don't like your kids and I don't want to babysit. Sorry." Please help.
Just tell them you have plans. They can't just expect you to baby sit on every single day you have off, and if they do just say you have plans and you can't do it. Or maybe you can say you are sick or something. But I also agree and think you should let your parents know how you feel to because maybe they can help you out.

i got my first period this past november on thanksgiving. i got it december onm the 21st again then january on the 22nd. in february i got it the day after i got back from a cruise which was like the 24th but it only lasted for about 2 or 3 days and was very light. i haven't gotten it since. is that normal, considering i haven't had it for that long, or should i be worried?
As long as you have no reason to believe you are pregnant than this is normal. I myself have a very irregular period. Usually I have 2 to 3 months in between each one. Although it seems like you have a regular menstrual cycle, I still think you don't have to much to worry about.

me and some friends when we want to have a good time..take a few of my prescription pills
at first it was once in a while when i did it,
but now i see myself doing it more and more
and i can't get rid of the pills because i do need them...but i am tempted to take more than what is prescribed when there around.
i take them in school too, today i slept through 3 classes because when the meds wear off you get low.
i don't consider myself a pill popper but i'm on my way to being one.
Hmm,,, This is somewhat of a predicament.
I am not going to tell you what you should do, but I am going to give you advice. It was normal of you to become curious and pop some pills with your friends, not smart, but normal. It should have stopped there but it obviously didn't and you continued doing it. I think you have begun to think of popping these prescription pills as normal and this isn't normal. Taking prescription pills is just as bad as regular illegal drugs. Abusing prescription drugs can be dangerous, leading to paranoia, seizures, addiction, even death.Prescription drugs can be just as addictive as street drugs such as heroin, cocaine, and LSD. And, abusing prescription drugs for the first time before age 16 leads to a greater risk of dependence later in life. Many people don't realize the harm associated with prescription drugs until it is too late. The effects are much more serious for young people when their minds and bodies are still developing. This is all fact that I think you should take in.
Now turning to the fact you think you need to take more when they are around, this is simple, PEER PRESSURE. Everyone faces it and you are strong enough to tell your friends no, just make up an excuse if you are to nervous to just outright say no. Say that you are sick or have to go home early or that your parents are waiting up and will notice. Just say no to them and they should leave you alone, it isn't that hard, give it a shot and you will see. You are smart for realizing that you are beginning to have a problem and since you realized it you can now start to fix it and stop all together. I hope I helped.

Well is you want one SICKK NASTTY phone than you have to get the IPHONE. It is amazing, i love mine, and wouldnt trade it. It is expensive though for the 8 gb it is 600 dollars and the monthly fee is 60 dollars. Or you could check out the blackberry curve.
I will be a senior this coming school year and I need to apply for scholarships and everything. This summer, I've been working at a camp called Wonderland Camp for kids and adults with mental and physical disabilities. Both my mother and father are on social security. I'm in the top 5 percent of my class. I'm also a vegetarian. My family and I also live under the poverty level..
With these that I listed above..what kinda of scholarships and stuff can I apply for to get into college?

My brother is a senior and he is doing something called ROTC. Its government and you have to put in like 4 years after college in the military but i'm pretty sure its for 4 years and you are not enlisted or active duty. They pay for your college and you dont have to pay it back.You can also sign up and fill out your application and you can take it and if you decide after they pay for your first year you dont want to do it than they will only make you pay back that amount of money they gave you INTEREST FREE. Even if you decide after all 4 years of college they pay for you dont want to do it than you have to pay it back after college interest free. Look it up because i think it is a great thing. Even if your not interested in military just look at it if your curious. Hope i Helped.

Hey, I have the product and I use it daily. I dont't have bad acne but I got it to keep away pimples. Also it says that it helps reduce redness, that is very true. I got a pimple on my face and it was really red and i used the wash on my face 3 times that day and the redness was gone that night. Hope I helped
i go to this new school, & i mean.. i want to make friends with some of these girls that are alot like me. but these dorkier girls, who i have nothing in common with, except schoolwork, like always follow me& stuff. & i mean im nice to them & all, but. i really wanna like talk to these other girls. but i feel queer, just going up to them & being like "HEYY! whats up?!" yano?

Ok well i think at almost every school this is common, and i suggest especially seeing as how you dont like the dorkier girls dont be best friends with them i'm not saying be mean just dont become best friends because usually you end up being a dork as well. If you have any classes with these girls you wanna hang out with then you should like casually ask what the homework is or maybe like start a conversation in the halls while walking outta class after asking a simple question. Then maybe the girls will notice you?

I think that is obviously no. No matter what party a person may belong to they don't want innocent people to die. Many people think George W. Bush is sacraficing lives for a stupid war, while we all agree war is never good it can be needed to secure our safety. If we didn't go to Iraq then the terrorists would have continued attacking us and started war upon us, people do no realize they didn't do 9/11 for a one time thing, that was threat. All president Bush wanted to do was protect us. Anyway, i think no because i believe no on, whether democrat or republican wants to loose human lives deliberately.

I consider myself a Christian. I pray and whenever I do, I feel a sense of joy and I feel like I'm talking to the best person ever. But I always sin and I hate myself for it. Everyday, I judge people and I am vein and I get angry.
Whenever I do my hair or put on makeup, I feel like I'm being vein and I feel ugly in God's eyes. I also judge EVERYONE. Like, if I pass by an overweight person, I instantly think "That person is fat". This also makes me feel ugly to Him. I also gossip, lie..I do basically every sin except kill, steal, commit adultery, and worship idols. I repent though.
All of this sin that I do makes me feel like God won't accept me into Heaven when I die. I know that Jesus forgives us when we repent, but I sin so much that it seems like he would never let someone so sinful into his kingdom. When I ask to be forgiven, I always think "You've asked God to forgive you for doing that sin a million times. He won't give you another chance"
What do you suggest I do?
I am a Roman Catholic and i believe that God loves everyone, Christians, Jews, and Athiasts. He loves everyone, and i agree it is really hard not to do the things like gossip and lie and small sins like that. I have to say that you do good by praying and having strong faith, if you repent and feel sorry for your sins and your truly sorry God always forgives you, you just have to try not to do those things. I think you shouldn't worry about getting into heaven, you are young and you have a lifetime to change your ways, however you do good by repenting i say don't worry because God will forgive you if your sorry. Also he loves everyone even murderers, he doesn't think your ugly if you wear makeup or make a mistake, he gave his only son so you could go to heaven, he loves you. Also if you feel really bad go to confession.

I'm having a sleepover with 3 of my close friends (all girls, 14 yrs old) and 3 of us want to pull a prank on the other girl while she's sleeping. We don't want to do anything major, but we want to do something funny. For example, putting whipped cream all over her face/hair would be a little too far, because she's obsessed with her hair and would go nuts when she wakes up with it all over her face (plus she might wake up while we're doing it!). Does anyone have any ideas??

i have a big clique of friends and i always have to ask them if i can go to the mall or movies with them and i dont like inviting myself, but they dont invite me that often. i invite them to places but i get sick of always having to ask them. they are really nice but i guess having a big clique only leaves to big problems. i really want them to be the ones to invite me to hang out because i always have to ask them and i sound desperate. don't get me wrong they are the greatest friends i could ask for so yeah. any tips?
I think Katie had a good idea. I had a large clique of friends at my school and that would happen to me but i realized i always got called or informed by these 3 girls. A lot of drama occurs as my school and before I knew,I found out who my true friends where those three girls. The moral of that was to try and become closer to just a few girls and things will be easier, or they should if they are you true friends.
