No matter what party a person may belong to they don't want innocent people to die. Many people think George W. Bush is sacraficing lives for a stupid war, while we all agree war is never good it can be needed to secure our safety. If we didn't go to Iraq then the terrorists would have continued attacking us and started war upon us, people do no realize they didn't do 9/11 for a one time thing, that was threat. All president Bush wanted to do was protect us. Anyway, i think no because i believe no on, whether democrat or republican wants to loose human lives deliberately. I think the government honors our troops, for what they are sacrificing for their country, but I don't think that our government really feels for the troops out there. I think they're more worried about what the other countries are planning than what these people are sacrificing. The government should pay more attention and give more respect for these people because of what they are doing fro our country. [ MissMegLoL's advice column | Ask MissMegLoL A Question ]
Darkhelp66466 answered Tuesday March 13 2007, 8:28 pm: I think so because if you look at George Bush's previous actions he indifferently throw aways lives in his futile attempt to rebuild Iraq, and according to mtv news about one third of two-thousand dead soldiers are between the ages of 20 and 21 so the government obviously holds no value for human life. you could easily find the iraq fatality rate by sifting through document on google. But here is something to think about only congress has the power to declare war, which they did not declare war on iraq so now you think ok war on terror that means bush declared war which is not allowed in our government but he never declared war technically but then if you look at the definition of warit says- a state of armed conflict between 2 different nations or states or different groups within a nation or state. So if you follow this definition of war we are at war with iraq and the government is throwaing away lives and refuses to withdraw. [ Darkhelp66466's advice column | Ask Darkhelp66466 A Question ]

If you think baout it the government is thinking about the people but in the end they are jus killing them. If you fight for your country you are saving the lives of your people but you also killing the lives of another country. Each life we try to save we end up sacrificing another in its place.
