so im about like 163 or soo..and to tell the truth i hate diets. And Ive been working on this one for like 3 weeks, and i dont think i can do it. i used to weigh 170, and i would really like to be at 150, i dont think i have to self-esteem to continue this diet. I really need some help, to losing weight faster and in a healthy way, and to keep my self-esteem up, and know that I CAN do it! I just dont know what to do, i havent beeen losing anymore weight, except the 7lbs, i cant get over this little plateau, of like 163, to 162. God diets are so hard, and i dont want to gain the 7lbs, ive already lost, i want to continue.

i feel you. have the same problem. i recently bought one of those dance workout dvds which are really fun... as long it is not "exercise" i find i want to do it more. try to do it every night or those days when you're bored and want to watch t.v.
if you do it regulary enough you would lose weight or at least keep the weight you lost from coming back. hope i have helped. good luck! x

i just started getting cold like symptoms. could these symptoms be a sign of pregnancy? (if i am pregnant, i'd be about a week in.) the symptoms are headache, runny/stuffy nose, stomach ache. but i only really have a stomach ache when i think about it. i think it's kinda in my head.

okk soo prom is coming up in 3 weeks and i have a couple questions. even if you can only answer one, i need some help!
1.. i've been dating a very outgoing, popular guy for a few months now. of course, he can dance & shake. and yeah i cant. he asked me to prom before we even started goin out, and ive been tryin to figure out a way to dance ever since. pretty much the bumpin & grindin and all that. yeah ive done it before a couple times, but not too well, and i dont wanna look retarded! i know everyone says just move with it and dont try too hard, but it seems like no matter what, even if i just do whatever and try to move, that i'm too stiff and cant loosen up to be able to move well, or that im doin everything totally wrong. i have no rhythm! ahh help me !?
and 2.. my dress is completely open-back. im pretty thin, but i want to tone my arms/shoulders/back before then. any ideas/exercises that'll make my muscles not bulky, but defined to look better in my dress ?

For no.1 PRACTICE
Put on some music and start to dance...(not wildly) and soon you will find something that looks decent if not great. Once youve got this key move practise it. then repeat the steps. Soon you will feel comfortable doing it.
Next step is to try it out. If you have any siblings letthem catch you doin your dance...if they laugh at you, it means you need to try again. i know this because siblings are the most honest at this stage.

Ok, so I've been dared to kiss a celebrity's cheek in a photo next week. They're doing launches across the country and the one I'm going to is next week.
Now, the guy I'm being dared to is the craziest one of the bunch, and a lot of people have asked him for the same thing and he has said yes to them all, he's actually never said no to someone. So trying to get him to do it isn't a problem, what should I say? (link)

As, from the beginning i know he wanted to be bf/gf but i just didnt have that chemistry for him so he said im just treating you as my sister and a freind also. He calls me everyday and lately i had some problems at work and he would

There was some guy i dont know who added to my msn and i asked him do you know that guy who added me? He said, no i don't i won't give out your email address to anyone without ur permission but you should be careful dont let him hack your account just block him if you dont know him. Why don't you just give me his email so i can tell him to stop hacking you. He said can you delete him? I said no,I think your going over board here i might know him. I'll find out first if I don't then I'll delete him. So, I asked him do you really meant to be my brother? I told him straight from the heart that when you said you're willing to be my brother I was pleased and felt thankful to have someone that treats me like a real sister. I was tired and not in a mood and he was kind of pushing me for a hangout and said ''no i just want to help you to open more up like the first day i met you were really shy.'' ''I would feel happy if I see you talk more.'' ''We should talk on the phone everyday.'' Well, somehow i kind of prospone our hangout and said there would be more time to get together later on when i quit my job and I know he woulnd't hang up the phone until I say so and he respect my way. 17/f. Okay..long-winded but interesting... about a year ago I met this guy, let's call him "Aaron". We started talking at work, then we started hanging out, and eventually the two of us started a band together. He has a g/f, and even though I used to have a crush on him, I got over it. But Aaron...is THE mad whore. He sleeps around behind his g/f's back, and has with every girlfriend in the past. That's actually the one comforting thought that got me through the time when I liked him- even if he were to date me, he'd cheat on me.
Well, last December, back when I still liked him, we fooled around. We made out a couple of times, and eventually I lost my virginity to him. Then we ended things and went back to being friends. .And yes I KNOW it was wrong to go behind his g/f's back, but that's not the reason I'm asking this question...ok so to continue..
He and I became really close friends, and we still are. We confide in each other and all that crap, except I know he's still sleeping around, because a mutual friend of ours let it slip that they have sex regularly. He and I also did it once in May and again in June...
Since then, I've gotten a few crushes on other guys, and I've even kissed one or two. I'm pretty much over Aaron in "that" way. But I know that if he asks me for sex again, I'll say yes because I want it too, and not from anyone else. THAT is where my problem lies...I really really like having sex with him. Is this just because he was my first?
I just don't know what to do in this whole situation. Part of me (a rather big part) wants to tell his g/f and not lose his friendship in the process. The other part of me just wants to molest him everytime he walks through the door. What do I do, and how??!? (link)

Wow! I am in almost the same situation as you. Basically yeah, i personally think that if you let him have sex with you if he asks then he is gonna think that he can ask you anytime. im not saying that ushudnt do it because i know how you feel...but jus make sure YOUR'E the one in control and not him.
Obviously the rite answer to say is tel his girlfriend...but this is the real world and im sure we both know it doesnt work lyk that because
1) you WILL lose him or his trust
2) she might not blive you
3) they might tell their friends and the will think bad of you and assume your'e just trying to break them up.
