weight loss...like usual. so im about like 163 or soo..and to tell the truth i hate diets. And Ive been working on this one for like 3 weeks, and i dont think i can do it. i used to weigh 170, and i would really like to be at 150, i dont think i have to self-esteem to continue this diet. I really need some help, to losing weight faster and in a healthy way, and to keep my self-esteem up, and know that I CAN do it! I just dont know what to do, i havent beeen losing anymore weight, except the 7lbs, i cant get over this little plateau, of like 163, to 162. God diets are so hard, and i dont want to gain the 7lbs, ive already lost, i want to continue.

i feel you. have the same problem. i recently bought one of those dance workout dvds which are really fun... as long it is not "exercise" i find i want to do it more. try to do it every night or those days when you're bored and want to watch t.v.
if you do it regulary enough you would lose weight or at least keep the weight you lost from coming back. hope i have helped. good luck! x ]
