so im about like 163 or soo..and to tell the truth i hate diets. And Ive been working on this one for like 3 weeks, and i dont think i can do it. i used to weigh 170, and i would really like to be at 150, i dont think i have to self-esteem to continue this diet. I really need some help, to losing weight faster and in a healthy way, and to keep my self-esteem up, and know that I CAN do it! I just dont know what to do, i havent beeen losing anymore weight, except the 7lbs, i cant get over this little plateau, of like 163, to 162. God diets are so hard, and i dont want to gain the 7lbs, ive already lost, i want to continue.
