hi, okay im 15/m and theres this girl at school i like, shees a Jehovah's Witness (im not),and im sure she likes me too, but wen i asked her out she said no, it was like really confusing for me because we like each other.i really like her but i cant think why she wont go out with me, we tell each other ALL our problems and everythings going fine in her life, so can someone plz tell me what i should so next or have any insight as to why she wont go out with me. by the way, shees really into her religeon

Well, let's put it this way:

A girl at my school once turned down a guy because God told her not too.

She's obviously a virtuous religious-freak type of girl. This will interfere with relationships because they dont want one, but they lead guys on BAD BAD BAD. She's probably sending off the message that she likes you, but you can't have her because of her religion. It's all a mind play. I know this might sound hard, but she won't give in to it, so if i were you, i'd try finding someone who... if they liked me, would go out with me.

maybe, if you went out with someone else and moved on, she finally see what she missed and you'd be happier off without her.

sometimes friendship is the best way to go.

Hey im f/16 and i've comme down with the chikenpox a week befor christmas holidays so there for i'l have 3 weeks off school. But beacaus i have them i can't go out to do stuff over the holidays weell at least this week end most of the next that is if im lucky and it dos'nt get much wors.

So my question is what can i do at home to keep me ocupied? (and to keep my mind off the itchyness) *pleas dont say computer or tv caus that gets realy boring after a while*

Well, I know this sounds really simple, but usually what I do is read. But not read crappy books, like A Million Little Pieces or some adventourous one to keep you occupied.

What else? Hmm... sometimes I draw, make up meals, write scrips, poems, lyrics...

and to really keep off time I clean my room.

Yeah, thats me. haha, but things like that can help you get through the week as easily as possible!

I need some singing tips.

What is "head voice" and "nasal breathing"

How do you know you're singing like that or if you're singing any good?

Good question. You don't want to feel a tingle in your cheeks or head when singing: you need to pull from the stomach.

Try to get a yawning feeling, something very open. Theres alot more techical things: if your very serious about it consider a vocal coach. Hope i helped!

I JUST got my permit the other day--and so today, I BEGGED my mom to let me drive out of our parkway---yeaaaah didn't turn out so well because I had NO FRICKIN' clue what I was doing. She kept yelling at me--and it scared me! I know this sounds incredibly hilarious because I'm laughing about it now--but I was REALLY scared. Anyway, tomorrow I'm driving around tomorrow at driver's ed and I don't want the instructor to think I'm an idiot. I have NO EXPERIENCE whatsoever. Today (with my mom) was the FIRST time in my life I have sat in the driver's seat and put the keys in. I didn't even know how to put the key in until my mom told me. I NOW realize that BRAKES are the most important thing EVEEEEEER. Does anyone have any tips for me tomorrow..so I don't look stupid? PS. I'm 16! :) Thanks!!

i need a new hairstyle like im sooo sick of the one i have now, which ive had for like everr.
my hair is about shoulder length,maybe a little past,brown, i have an oval shaped face but not a extremely large forehead.lol. i was really leading to like sidebangs but idk how that would look..if anyone has any ideas what i could do with my hair i'd appreciate it :] pictures would be nice too so i can bring it in when i get it cut.thankss =]

Side bangs look good on just about ANY face shape. Mine is oval too, and i have side bangs, and i love it. A more rocker, layered, choppy style is in now. Possibly razoring hair? Ask your hairstylest which would look best on you. Hope i helped.

I suggest a mowhawk if your up to the challenge. Everyone at my school loves those things lol. If not, try looking up some new styles for short hair in magazines, and if you feel really down about it, get it styled again by another hairdresser. Suggest some celebrity style hair and let them work with what you have!

nice, i dressed up as goth last year. to make it really dramatic, put your hair in a sloppy bun with strands going down from the side. then go to a store and buy wash our color. dye certain stands special colors to make them really stand out. then, all black make up (eyeliner verry dramatic) and a few fake tatoos. try out belts and chains for your wrists necklaces anything, and if you want make it look like u cut urself (no offense to ne1, its jus funni)use lipliner (mix brown n black together)or buy the makeup stuff at a store. go to claire, icing, etc n buy clip on hoop earrings then stick them on your nose, lips, so on. if you need more tips jus leav one in my inbox. hope i helped ~nyladi~

The problem is, I did before too and I told him then and he (atleast then) liked someone else. I really like him, but I don't want to ruin our friendship!

for light blue eyes, you should always go with a contrasting color, such as purple, a dim lime green even. dont go with blue, because it dosent hightlight your eyes. for blush, go with a shade just darker than you or use a bronzer. those tend to work well also as a replacement for blush. for foundation use lorel true blend, it matches with any skin type and is cheaper than some other brands. for eyeliner, i would use any gliding or twist type, the pencil ones seem to wipe of eailsly and look realy chalky. for lips use a clear or go a little pink or peach. if you need more help, leave one in my inbox. hope i helped ~nyladi~

its excatly like me. t go light on makeup, first apply a gloss to your likin, try gloss from bonnebell. if you need a foundation use lorel true blend. it matches with your skin perfectly making it seems you have none on whatsoever. next get a angle brush (special brushes, you buy them jus by themselves) and get a somewhat shimmery, maybe even sparkly dark and light browns (try claires or the icing- they sell them with 4 different colors in one!) with the angle brush, apply the dark brown to the top of your eyelids and the bottom. this acts as an eyeliner without the heavy look. apply the light brown generously to the top of your lids and wala- a natural born beauty. hope i helped ~nyladi~

okay, so im taking my school picture in two days and i was wondering how i should look i guess, quick description of me: really tan skin, medium dark brown hair (long and straight), not skinny or fat, big hazel eyes, straight smile i guess, im really lost on what i should wear and how i should do my hair if anyone could please help me quick it would be greatly appreciated thanks (by the way im a freshman) i rate! -Nicole

if you want your tan skin to show.. wear white. it will bring out the color. if you dont want it to show, black is always great. wear something around your neckline, never anything that goes straight acrosse your neck because it makes you look like u have no neck. hazel eyes and dark brown hair will look good with a army green or a maroon, dont try anything too bright. i hope i helped with the clothes part. as for your hair, i suggest that you put it half up half down or wear it straight tucked behind one ear in the photo. if your hair is frizzy, follow these tips for your photo:
1. Leave your conditioner on for at least 10-15 minutes before rinsing out.
2. Don't rub your hair dry with a towel.
3. Find a frizz serum.

How many people are on a typical volleyball team? And what are the names of the positions, and describe what each postition does.

i luv volleyball! ok on a typical volleyball team i would have to say about 13-16 people. the names of positions are the outsides who are the attackers, hence they spike the ball on the other side. they are positioned on the top left side of each court. another position is the setters. they always get the second ball unless they call for help. this position is played in the top right corner. the middle of the top is played by what i call a middle hitter. their main purpose is blocking and spiking. the middle back gets majority of the serves when the other side is serving. on the left and right of the middle back is people who usually get the serves if the middle back cannot. thurs soooo much more to volleyball!! if you need more help leav sum in my inbox. hope i helped ~nyladi~

Does anyone know any really good concealer, foundation or powder? I don't know which make-up brands/kinds are the best, so any help would be appreciated.

for foundation maxfactor or lorel true blend always is great stuff... no matter what shade it will always match with your skin! ur better off staying away from powders unless ur skin is oily- and if it is choose covergirl for that. convealer is lorel- choose the sticks or if you need to coverup something use the ones w/medication in them! hope i helped ~nyladi~

i was in the same excate situation. wat i did was join a bunch of clubs n went to alot of skool activities. there you talk to your ok friends and bond with one another because you all have something in common (play, chess club, yearbook staff, etc.) theres always something to talk about! also, invite your whole class (or most of them) over for a slumber party, back to skool party, halloween party, etc. thats what i do! even though majority of my friends are "ok" friends, thats still gives me the chance to hang out with everyone and find new things about them! hope i helped ~nyladi~
