All my friends have started shaving, waxing and putting that cream on their legs to get rid of hair except me! My mum says I'm too young and when she was my age (that was back in the sixties) that no one cared about their legs. But times have changed people! I do care! How do I convince my mum that I need to get rid of my hairy legs? (link)

Tell her "mom i feel ugly in shorts and bikinis and i really want to start shaving because all my friends do it and they make fun of me for having harry legs" even if this isnt true it will put her in guilt.

What is a brazillian? My friends said that's when you shave or wax "down under" but that's all they know. Why do women do that? And do men do it too?

Last i checked a Brazillian was a person from brazil. but a brazillian bikini wax is a wax down under and they do it so they dont have hair sticking out of the bottom of there bikini or speedo(in mens cases)
Its called a brazillian bikini wax because people in brazil wear the littlest clothes possible and hair in weird places is un-attractive. They actually have limits of clothes on some beaches in brazil. if your wearing to much you have to leave.

so im 5'2 and my boyfriend is probably 5'3 .

we have a very healthy happy relationship, ive very smart we havent had sex yet or any of that.. (although none of this really pertains to my question im jsut putting these facts out there for you people who might try to lecture me)
anyway my question is does anyone have any advice for me, obviously its kinda weird for someone of his age to be so short, and when i bring him around with me all my friends like look at us and some make fun of me for dating him cause hes so short.. hes actually good looking tho and my friends have said that hes just really really short, and like a lot of people in my school make a lot of jokes and say like you can do so much better and i love him so much but im already really self conscious and all these comments make me so sad and i just dont want to bring him anywhere with my friends and i feel bad becuase he will ask me like why dont you ever invite me with your friends anymore and i dont know what to tell him. I just hate being made fun of and it hurts when people make fun of the person you have feelings for. Do you really think that its weird when you see a bf and gf that are the same height and both really really short like we are? (link)

there is a couple EXACTLY like you guys in my school. one day those people will grow up and stop the childish bullshit.but until then you have to suck it up and say "your just jelous cuz we're fun sized and your not!" they will eventually stop.

He is thinks leona lewis is fine and hott, and he told my friend, infront of my face, that she looked like leona lewis. It was the most uncomfortable thing ever because he is obsessed with leona. I have gone through a lot lately. Everytime when I tell my parents of something bad that has happened they try to force me to go to counseling. I find that extremely insulting. If there's one thing I know how to do, it's how to think. If I have a problem that I need another perspective on I have my friends, advicenators, and used to have my parents. Except now I feel like I have to close myself off to them because I'm sick of hearing how I 'need help.' Has anyone else experienced a similar situation? Was it ever resolved? (link)

I've liked this guy for soooo long. Me and him have had this fling thing going on but then he told me that hes grounded and cant be in a relationship. I have this friend that dosent know anything about us. But i was out of school one day and this girl i really dont like apparently is her friend too and likes him. He told the girl that he was grounded but he'd think about it. So they went out for like a week before she broke up with him and went out with her ex. And now my best friend nows about me liking him and apparently he liked me but now he likes her and she used to like him and dosent know he likes her.
So pretty much my guy fell for my best friend and my best friend fell for my guy. and i get to sit back and watch. what do i do? (link)

Ok, I'm fourteen and have completely stopped growing. If not, the most I'll grow is less than an inch. I'm 4 feet and between 8 and 9 inches tall. I have a whole bunch of guy friends and they're all over 5'5'. Some are even almost 6ft. We're all really good friends and all but though they have admitted that they think i'm pretty, they could never consider going out with me. Now, I know it's mainly because we're all best friends and all but what if it's more? is it more? is my height really that unattractive? i feel horrible and i....i honestly just don't feel normal. i know i'm short and the fact that i'm into tall guys doesn't help at all but i really would just like to know if my height's really all that bad. i love the tall guys. what should i do and am i too short?

#5 dont call your self short call your self Fun size. ppl think its cute and they like the confidence.

im 18 years old. so my problem is, i feel like i never know how to keep a conversation going! me and this guy always text, and first its the usualy, hey, whats up, what are you doing, oh thats cool. and all that boring stuff. well then usually he will say something and i will answer and sometimes he makes it hard to talk. because he will be like "oh yeah haha" and i'm just like okay well what do i say now? so i randomly start texting things and i feel like im a weirdo and just go from one thing to another. i want to keep talking to him, so i feel like i should try to keep his attention you know? sometimes we talk about sex, even though we have not had sex but it's just playful things like that. what are some cute, naughty or just interesting things i can say to make him think im not boring! okay, so there's this guy at my school, and I guess he's got this crush on me or whatever. sure, no big deal right, that's cool--NO.

Just flat out tell him " I dont like you like that, i'd also like it if you stopped calling me, your kinda freaking me out." If he keeps calling tell your parents or the school consiller. i know it seems rudley blunt but it WILL work.

It depends on how old you are. if you have only had your period for 3 years or less then this is completely normal. Once you reach the 5 year mark if your body is still doing this talk to your doctor.

I was diagnosed with this when i was in second grade and put on rideline for about a year and havent taken anything for it since. But lately ive been having alot of trouble concentrating and studying, im now 19. Would i have to see some kind of shrink to get a perscription for some kind of ADD medicine? Or since i did when i was little, could i just get a perscription from a regular doctor? (link)

just talk to your doc. you dont need to see a shrink. AADD is really common. (the extra A stands for adult)

Okay well my ex-boyfriend and me only broke up because of my parents but we still love each other but i told him its going to be a long time before we go out but now he wants to go out with this other girl and he asked me if it was okay and the only reason he was going out with her is because i said it was going to be along time before we go out.So of course i told him its okay i don't care if he wants to go out with him, but i really still love him and don't want him to go out with her because i'm almost able to date again but when he told me that it changed my mind on telling him that. What should I do? Should I just tell him that he should go out with him and forget about or should I tell him that I don't want him to go out with her? Just tell him straight up. Say im gonna be able to date again soon and i'd really apriciate it if you didnt get involved with someone else, because you might just miss your chance with me. Trust me i had the same problem and did the same thing, a week after i said it was ok ththe dated this girl i told him i'd be able to date and he said he already broke up with her cuz he missed me and didnt feel it was right to replace me.
