advice
today i was with my boyfriend and we went swimming. we were messing around and he put his penis in me for like maybe a second and it popped out. this happened like twice. he said there was no precum or anything but incase there was and he didnt know, do you think i could be pregnant? ive heard many different things about sperm being in precum and i just want the true facts.
You can get pregnant from precum, but since it was only for a second and it was in a pool then I seriously doubt that you are pregnant. You probably didn't even get any sperm in your body. If you are unsure you can drop by your local pharmacy and pick up a pregnancy test in a couple weeks.

i know you will just be like "oh, it doesn't matter" and "people who really care won't care" but i do care. i'm a teenager, and i care what other people think and all of my friends have them. i'm underweight and short, but so is my friend who's the same age as me and she's even more underweight than i am, but she has boobs. and her mom is flatchested, and she doesn't have a sister. my mom's kind of flat-chested, but she said she started getting boobs when she was my age. and i have none. if i gain weight, do you think i'll get boobs? because people alot thinner and smaller than me, but the same age, even have bigger boobs than me. it's not like i'm anorexic, i eat what i want when i'm hungry until i'm full. i don't make myself puke or anything stupid like that. i eat really healthy, too.
also, people that eat junk food seem to have bigger boobs, is that true?
I used to be flat chested as well. I gained about 10 pounds and all the sudden I started to grow 'there'. Then I lost the weight and my boobs stayed the same. I also started my period around this time, so I think that might have influenced it a bit. If you haven't started your period then don't worry about it, you will probably gain weight in your chest when you start. If you have already started your period then just accept that your body is different and you might not get boobs until you get older.
It might not help, but I like it better when girls don't have boobs vs. big boobs. I think having bigger boobs isn't very attractive.

okay, i've been 'best friends' with this girl for 3 years now and we're really close! but i sometimes feel we only talk, and i mean really talk when theres something wrong in one of our lives. and i was just wondering if thats normal, i mean like, do quite a lot of 'best friends' act like just friends until theres a time when they really need each other?
It is this way for me, too. I think it is normal, because the only time you need to talk "seriously" is when something is wrong. You don't talk seriously about the flavor of ice cream you're thinking about getting at Baskin Robbins. Other topics that you can talk seriously about are issues surrounding boys and maybe problems in the family. Don't worry, this is totally normal.
Since you guys have been friends for so long you guys have probably already talked about EVERYTHING. So you might just be all talked out. You might want to just venture out and make new friends or invite other girls into your circle of friends to get more variety in your talks.

Treat him like you first did when you met him. Go the extra mile to be nice and spice up your love life. (Flowers, candle lit dinners) When someone notices you trying so hard they usually try hard as well. If this doesn't work after about a month or so, then you should talk to him about it. The best thing you can do is to be honest with him.

im 15/f. 5'2'' and i weigh about 115 lbs.
i've noticed over the past 5 months i've gained some weight, and you can notice around my thighs.
my upper body is fine...but down there its a little chubby. i've been runnning a little, but idk...i can't seem to keep up with it 4 days a week. i do crunches sometimes for my stomach and i walk alot. but it doesn't seem to help
i want to tone out my legs..thats all.
whats an easy way i can do it??

I used to have this problem as well. I started doing squats and lunges and my thighs toned out fabulously. Everyday before you shower you should do lunges up and down the longest hall in your house, then do 4 sets of squats, each for 30 seconds. After about a month your legs will be so nice.
Why do most males feel superior? I want to get married but I'm afraid he will treat me differently. I know I want a child at a young age so that will make me the house wife.. but why do they feel like they have to boss you around and treat women like a slave? I want to leave my house because of this. My dad always yells and tells everyone else to do things, when he does nothing himself. If we get everything done and forget one small thing, he blows up and degrades us. Why are men like this? I've only met a few who don't act like this but who knows, they might change. I almost don't want to get married because I don't want him to treat me the way my dad does to my mom.
Not all men are like this. Women can be the exact same way. It probably seems to you that all men are like that since you are around him all the time and the people he hangs out with are similar to him, but it's just his personality. He seems lazy.
You shouldn't not get married for this reason though. One day you will meet a man who treats you right and has good values. Marry him :)

i really want to grow out my hair, and ive already looked on wikihow on how to make your hair grow faster, but does anyone else have any other tips on how to make it grow faster? and i heard that hair grows faster in warm weather. is that true? and how often should i get my hair trimmed to get all the dead ends off?
Their is really no way to make your hair grow faster. The best thing to do is keep it healthy and your body healthy. Eat healthy things and a lot of protein, since your hair is made out of protein. also shouldn't brush your hair much more than necessary (I find it best to brush it when it is slathered with conditioner in the shower). Try to lay off the hot irons and hair dryers.
You shouldn't trim it any more than every six weeks. Ideally you should trim it every three months, that way you allow it to grow, but your split ends don't get out of control.

This is kind of awful, but I'm a little scared of people with physical or mental problems... like I hate going to the old folks's home because many of the occupants are either physically messed up or not all there. I don't feel comfortable talking to them, or anyone with an obvious physical ailment, like if they are in a wheelchair or have cerebral palsy. I also have a hard time around mentally handicapped people- I just don't know what to do with myself! I don't feel comfortable, I try to be polite and smile, but I know everyone can tell that I'm not used to it/ not comfortable. What do I do???? Please help... I want to be more at ease around people that have these ailments. I realize that they are the same as me and deserve every bit of respect that I can give, but still... Any advice would be appreciated!
The best piece of advice I can offer is this, to just treat them the way you would want to be treated. Put yourself in their shoes. They know that they are different, but all they really want is to be treated as if they weren't disabled. They are comfortable with their problems, and feel "normal". They are normal.
Just look past the problem and get to know them. Once you do you won't even see their disability anymore.
my mom keeps on trying to put me down, and she doesnt really know me! my friends know me better than her, and trust me, im not saying this out of plain anger. i mean, she knows my favorite foods and all that, but i dont really think she knows much about me. she doesnt get involved in school, and thats not her fault, because she has my little brother and sister to babysit, and of course she treats me good, but anyways, i just hate the way she puts me down now. i tell her im taking the placement test tomorrow for getting into the advanced math class in my school and she tells me that im not going to pass it and now that im going on the computer so much, i wont be able to achieve anything anymore. sure, now that i got my laptop, i do go on it about a couple of hours a day, but i balance my time for other things such as hw. i tell her i want to be a lawyer, and im dead serious, i would do anything to reach my goal and its really important to me, but she tells me my talking skills arent good enough and stuff like dat. most people at achool and even my little brother thinks ill make a good lawyer, but she still says that. not like it brings me down or anything, but it really hurts to have your friends and little brother know you better than your mom, and she also tries to bring me down like dat. i dont know what to do, help me! thankx so much to the ppl who answer this question. i appreciate it!!!! omg thankz!
There are several things that I would like to address:
1. Your mom might not be aware that she is putting you down. Speak up and tell her that it hurts your feelings when she says stuff like that. On the other hand your mom might have some personal issues, such as she might feel jealous of you and feels the need to put you down all the time. If this is the case then you shouldn't take what she says personally. Ignore her and realize that people will put you down all during your life and you just need to ignore them and do things your own way. Nobody else knows you better than you.
2. You say that your mom doesn't know you very well... you could take time out of every week to do something special with your mom. Like shopping, going out to eat, exercising, or just plain playing cards. That way you guys both get to know each other better and build a strong, healthy relationship.

so i became really close to this girl jen (shes like 6 years older. she came down here for the weekend over the summer and i talked to her about everything. then over the winter she worked like crazy and i didnt talk to her much. so i almost feel like she didnt want to talk to me but idk why. i miss it but now we dont talk (she hasnt been online and if i was gonna text her i just dont know what to say) like before we could talk for hours and keep a conversation going but the last time we talked online it was a dud. same with the last time i texted her so i dont know what changed. why cant i talk to her like i used to. im almost afraid to talk to her (maybe im afraid she doesnt want to talk to me) i wanna start talking to her again but how can i get back to the way we were? what should i say in a text or aim...
You should explain your feelings to her and see how she feels. The best way to handle situations like this is express yourself and honestly. That way you can clear the air and really get down to it. Instead of texting her you should call her, which would show how serious you are about improving your relationship. Talking online or in text messages is not the best method and is an easy way to send the wrong message and confuse things.
Call her and be honest.

The best approach is to walk straight up to her and admit it. This will impress her, as it will show your courage and maturity to own up to a mistake. It will also show her that you are honest and it might even go as far as to help your relationship with your mom, since it will allow her to trust you more. Everyone makes mistakes and hopefully she (will) understands that.

If you are looking for another person to add to your "twosome" then I would advise against it unless you are looking to add more then just one person. Threesome groups never work out. There is always one person that feels left out.

This is really confusing. End of September i started my birth control. The week of the last pills(the iron pills) i was spotting a bit for 2-3 days (thats how long i usually get my period) , so i figured i had my period and started the new pack the following sunday. that wednesday i started bleeding (the 24th of october) and i ams till bleeding today (november 4th) i am confused because i dont know if this is my period, i should have it, i should actually be getting it this week. i called my doctor and she said my body wll take 3 mnths to get used to it. but i am confused, do i continue to take the iron pills even if i do not have my period? help!
One of my friends takes a birth control. She follows the schedule her docter gave her...
Look on the pamphlet that came with pills. All the answers to your questions should be on there... if not, then consult with your docter for more information.
My advice does not take the place of any certified docter, but you should continue taking the pills. That's how my friend goes about it.

It is annoying just doing stretches after stretches, but honestly? It's the best way to get flexible. Here are some ways to make stretching less monotonous are to:
001. listen to music while stretching
002. watch tv while stretching
003. read a book while stretching
004. talk on the phone while stretching
also, here are some fabulous ways to stretch that will get you mega flexible mega fast:
001. lie on the floor with your butt and the heels of your feet against a wall. let each of your legs fall in opposite directions towards the floor (or just one at time)
002. sit on the floor and gently move your legs in opposite directions to do a front split. learning to do a split where your legs are evenly being stretched on each side of you first will make it way easier to learn how to stretch with one leg behind you and one leg in front of you.
003. also jump rope a lot. It's a great way to exercise and build up leg muscle.
as for the weight thing... I do a hundred crunches every night before I shower. its pretty quick and its a great way to build up my abs :)
try doing the special k challenge. and dont eat when you are bored. avoid snacks and sodas. drink water... it has no calories and it does wonders for your body! =]
