I am a 48 year old mom of a 22 year old daughter. My daughter hung out with a guy only 3x more than 2 months ago. She told me he was boring and not aggressive enough for her. I know this is not my business, but I keep bringing him up when I can and tell her she should reconsider. I never even met the guy and cannot stop my mind from thinking she should get in touch with him and give it another chance. I know this is very weird to think and act like this, but I obsess about it quite a bit. I don't have a boyfriend of my own, so is this why I am doing this? My daughter has had boyfriends and hung out with guys in the past and this has never happened before. I can't understand what is up with this particular guy. Can anyone help me? (link)

And I also think that maybe you're so caught up on the idea of your daughter giving this guy another chance because you haven't met him. You probably feel you haven't even had the chance to form your own opinion of the guy before your daughter decided that he's not the one she wants to be with.
This could probably bug you a bit because you have nothing to really go on. The whole idea that you don't even know him could play a factor in you wanting her to give him another try. You probably want to get to know him to see what she doesn't see in him, therefore you can't give your 'two cents' on the situation as well.

Aw, I know how you feel.
My boyfriend goes to college in a different state, and it's so hard to get used to not seeing him after being with him every day. Try getting him a promise ring, if you guys are on that level.. maybe with an engraving or something. I don't know how serious the two of you, obviously that's up to you to decide, but I hope this suggestion helps!

Last time I got this was awhile ago a few days after my period, and I figured it was just leftover from the period or whatever... but now that it's happening AGAIN.. 3 weeks after my period has already ended... I'm questioning whether or not it's something more.
I always normally get discharge. But it's usually clear/white. I asked the doctor and he said that that's normal for women.
But this time it's brown? Does this mean I'm unhealthy?

Im married to this guy on facebook. He lives in a different state, but is only about a half hour drive away. We have only hung out like four times, but were really close. If you never see the guy just take it off.. if you guys are just friends then it shouldn't even matter... You don't even have to make a big deal about it. If he asks, just laugh about it or something.

I'm not a massuse (really never knew how to spell that word), but what you really have to work on is the muscles on the person's back... not the bone, because that won't do anything at all. The way I massage my boyfriend is to work on his trapezius, and lattisimus dorsi (haha big words), but basically the muscle directly in between the two shoulder blades, and the the muscles on the lower back, under the rib cage... just don't go over the spine!

This could just be my opinion, but I don't think people are lesbians or gay unless they can truly feel an emotional connection with someone of the same sex. I mean if you can actually see yourself having a future with someone of the same sex, and dating them for awhile without feeling like you're missing out on the opposite sex, then you may be a lesbian... but I mean if you think about it a lot of people just say they're "bi" or a lesbian when in reality they're only sexually attracted to that person. I'm not saying all lesbians are like that, but I'm just saying I define homosexuals as someone who feels they can fall in love with someone of the same sex.
However, being turned on by that doesn't make you a lesbian.
It's normal... you could just be curious.

Well I am a female and i am 14. Almost a year ago i met a guy on this game i play online and i got feelings for him and i didn't think he had feelings back. We ended up dating and it was great but it was an online and phone thing. I know people say that doesn't work but for us it did for a while at least! We ended up falling in love with each other and please don't say u can't fall in love at my age cause u can and i did! I had one problem, at the time i lied about my age i know stupid! I agree, the best thing you can do is just move on. I mean think about how many people are still out there for you, who you can actually hug, and hold, and kiss.
I mean eventually the relationship you had with this guy would fall apart anyways... I'm not saying what you felt wasn't real, it's just it's hard to keep a relationship like that going.
He was probably upset you lied to him... although the thing is I can guarantee he's said some lies to you. That's how people over the internet are. He could have lied about his age, the way he looked... I mean for all you know he could have been a psycho ya know? Even if you think he was a sweet guy, you never know..
And I know from second-hand experience... because my friend "dated" this guy online... ended up meeting him in person... and he turned out to be a COMPLETE scum-bag. Even though he seemed nice and caring (even to me, because I talked to him online too in order to make my friend happy)... he ended up being a complete bastard -- to put it simply.
So this is for the best, whether you think so or not. The truth is, he's probably move don already. I mean it sounds harsh but he's a 14 year old guy, right? Guys like that do that even IF you meet them in person. That's just how they are... Most of them are not mature enough at that age to understand relationships.

I'm sure you have a little bit of feelings left for him. If not, then you're upset over the simple idea that you maybe could have had that sort of relationship with him..
I mean I don't know why you broke up with him, but maybe it's because you guys didn't connect well? But I mean I think what you're feeling is envy. You're irritated because you wish that could have been you two. You wish it worked out the same way with you and him as it did with him and his new girlfriend.
It's just an assumption. But maybe thats how you feel.

This happens a lot in relationships, and it obviously depends on both people to make it work... but to make it work means to communicate. I know it's hard to be able to communicate about something that I'm sure makes you feel vulnerable, but it must be done if you want to "save" your relationship... or make it better.
The relationship isn't over for a reason... because he still cares about you. If he didn't, he wouldn't be with you for as long as he has been. Maybe he feels the same way as you, and maybe thats why he may seem like he's distant or not in love with you.
Either that or something may be on his mind. Are you guys stressed? Do you have some unresolved conflict from the past? Do you both get enough alone time together?
Because it depends on all these factors... because the way he may be feeling may have nothing to do specifically with you.
You just have to tell him exactly how you feel. If he's not sure what to say, just ask him "do I still make you happy?"... if for some reason he feels the same way as you do, then you guys should go out for a nice dinner one night and discuss it.
Just make sure you don't put any false accusations on him, or get defensive... but simply be yourself, and tell him exactly how you feel. Ask him if he still loves you (which I'm sure he does)... And let him know you're madly in love with him, and he means the world to you.
It's definitely important to remind each other of these things.

If you have to ask yourself if you had one, then most likely you haven't had one. It's not just a mini sensation or something, it'll be like something you never felt before. It's a very distinct feeling and you'll definitely know.

Hey, I had sex with my boyfriend friday night (I'm on the pill, we had a condom, it didn't break, he pulled out, ext.) And I know forsure I'm not pregnant. Well, my vagina really hurts, and it feels like, swollen maybe? And when I pee, it's weird smelling, and I'm having discharge stuff. This happened in November, and my friend said she thought it was a U.T.I. (urinary track infection) Well, this is pretty much the same as it was then, and, it went away on it's own last time, but, I was just wondering what it was for sure, and if there's anything I can do with out going to a doctor until I have to next month for more birth control. From how it sounds, it's most likely a UTI. I had that this year actually... and a lot of times it is caused from sex. The guy's penis can push bacteria up into the girls vagina during sex, and that bacteria can cause a UTI.
But you should definitely go to the doctors right away because it actually began to infect my kidneys. You'll be fine as long as you take antibiotics but it got VERY painful for me because I waited too long to go to the doctors, and when I was there my doctor actually lectured me because I waited so long...
But yeah next time you have sex, just make sure you pee right after. IT will actually get rid of some of the bacteria.
If it still burns, smells weird, or you get weird discharge... then it's most likely a UTI. Also, make note of if your back begins to feel like it's getting muscle pains. That's what happened to me when my kidneys began to get infected.
BUT GO TO THE DOCTORS RIGHT AWAY.
