hey guys. i work out basically every single day. i curl with a 2 hand curl bar and i carl 1 hands and i bench and do push ups and stuff like that. I also take protein in shakes because my friend recomended them, but i have no clue how much to take. i read online that u should take more than 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight. is this true?? if i take thew much protein per day, i will be spending hundreds of dollars in the nutrition store. please help me, and i'll rate you. I have a friend...let's call her "Megan". Megan and I are pretty cool. We hang out at school, between classes and after school on occasions. I have no problem going places with her, spending the night at her place...stuff like that. We're pretty good friends. She just has this really annoying habit of always trying to ruin someone else's good time.
Like, in an argument, when she's wrong and you're right, she'll scramble for any possible reason to say you're still wrong. Or if something good happens to you, she'll always say something to make you feel terrible about it. I hope that makes sense. It bothers me a lot and I've tried telling her it's annoying, but she still does it.
I don't want to stop being friends with her. She's cool most of the time. This is just starting to get to me. Why can't she let anyone else have a little sunshine sometimes? :( (link)

you can take the most ugliest and most hideous things and make tham fab and chic. get a plain old black belt you have and paste rinestones on them to make them say your zodiac sign, your name or anything. do that to anything. rinestones are in. get a tee shirt you never wear and is cute and spunk it. cut it into a halter. make it a tanktop. add rinestones to some things too. these things are so fum to make just use ur imagination.

Ok...my friend Abby has major problems. She's always telling everyone shes fat when shes only 100 pounds!! We are 13 and also she used to cut herself. She passed herself out in the shower and she got a big bruise on her back. Her mom is always in jail for doing drugs and her mom had a mixed baby! When I started high school, my mom gave me the whole "You'll be starting college soon, so grades and extracurricular activities are important" speach, and she said that any extracurricular activity I wanted to sign up for was fine. She had no problem with me joining the school newspaper, art club, or drama club, but when I asked if I could join cheerleading, she said no because "cheerleading is for bimboes". I don't get why she would say that, it's a sport and it's an extracurricular activity, what's wrong with that? I think she's being unreasonable, but she won't even listen to me.
