21 female

My boyfriend is 18. We've been together for 8 months now. He loves me unconditionally & would literally do anything for me. He reminds me every day how much he loves me and how I mean the world to him. I love him too but why am I always so moody and crabby when I'm with him then?? We see each other about 3/4 times a week. When I'm not with him though, I miss him. I literally miss him right when he leaves me. But then sometimes when we're together it's like I get irritated with him when he's not even doing anything wrong!

I've told him before that maybe my feelings are changing or that our love is fizzling and that broke his heart and he broke down. I couldn't even look at him it broke my heart seeing him like that. I can't see myself with anyone but him in the future. I don't know why I feel so moody and irritated when I'm with him sometimes though. It's one of those feelings where I just want to scream, punch something and cry. Maybe it's just stress but I take it all out on my boyfriend because he's always there. He deals with it too and tries to comfort me. I feel bad for doing this to him and treating him like crap sometimes when he treats me like a princess every single day.

What can I do? I don't want this to ruin our relationship. I don't know if it's him that I'm unhappy with or myself. How can you love someone so much yet be so irritated with them at the same time? (link)
This takes me back to when I was young.

I was just 16 when I met my husband,he was 28! I used to feel the same, and at one point tried to end it,but I was the same I could not hurt him.
I think looking back I think the problem is you are still very young and being serious at your age can just be too much. I would advise having a nice word with him,and tell him that for now you want to enjoy being young, but still be with him,but not to take things too seriously yet.
It would be more cruel to stay with someone if your feelings changed later on in the relationship if you were not totally sure.
As for feeling nasty towards him now and again,I think thats down to him being too attentive all of the time. Its nice to be loved and wanted but you may be feeling too smothered, and now and again I am sure you would prefer him to answer you back and be himself than try too hard to please you.
Try and have time with girlfriends maybe one night a week, its healthy to do other things too. Tell him you love being with him,but you think its good to go out with friends one night, and he should do the same, and you will probably end up feeling better about things.
By the way I have been married 35 years now,so it does work ! Good luck.

alright soo i used to have realllllly bad acne, mostly on my cheeks. its pretty much gone away now, but i have these ugly scars now on my face.. they look like little red dots all over my cheeks. it looks like i still have acnee. does anybody know a good product that can make these acne scars go away? (link)
Apha H is a brilliant problem for acne scarring. You can get it on qvc. The lady bought the company because she had such amazing results with the liquid gold,a resurfacing liquid you put on overnight,it changed her life. Try the range and watch qvc for demos.

this is kinda funi but ive got a spilt tongue all the way if ya get me i look at all me mates and there tongue isnt spilt is this normal ? (link)
You may be suffering from a vitamin deficiency, have a blood test or see your doctor.

I need a new face wash but something that isn't too drying. I'm using an off-brand equate thing I got from Wal-Mart but it dries my face out too much for the winter time when I go outside into the cold, dry air. What is a good brand to look for, or, more specifically, a good product to look for? I don't mind having to order it online as long as it isn't outrageously expensive...

Please help me get rid of my acne? (link)
Look up Alph H. The lady who bought the company suffered for years with bad acne and scarring and would not go out. Her skin is beautiful, now. They dod various washes and treatments, and one spectacular product called liquid gold, which resurfaces your skin overnight helping with scarring. Good Luck.

I'm looking for some shampoos without sodium lauryl/laureth sulfate in them. Preferably, I'd also like them to be paraben-free. I'm having a harm time finding SLS-free shampoos though. I would like specific brands of shampoo that are SLS-free (and, if possible, paraben-free also) if anyone knows of a few. I'd also REALLY appreciate it if someone could let me know where to purchase these hair care products at because I am unable to find ANY in my local stores. As you can tell, I am having a very hard time finding a hair product that is bested suited to my needs! :( (link)
Hi
Try Loccitane or Liz Earle they are good natural products. Liz Earle only uses natural foaming agents.

I'm 15 and I am very pale. I really want more then anything to have nice color.

I really want to tan this summer, but I don't want to burn.

How long should I stay in the sun at a time? Should I still use sunscreen? Are there any lotions or creams I could use that could help me tan?

If anyone knows, please answer. :) Thanks. (link)
If You want safe colour use a tan accelerator, for a few weeks before going in the sun. Then when you go in the sun continue with it,apply at night, and then use you sun protection whilst in the sun. The tan accelerator brings your own malanin to the surface making it safer to sunbathe but you still need protection. Plus it will help your tan to last longer too.
My friend has 3 types of skin cancer with using sunbeds and sunbathing without protection,do not do it,its not worth it!

i think i'm anemic, ("think" meaning i have all the symptoms, just haven't been properly diagnosed) so i'm tired all the time. seriously, the only time i'm NOT complaining about being tired is when i'm asleep. then no matter how much sleep i get, still tired. but thats not what my question is about.

my question is about the fact that i'm tired all the time, but i'm very jumpy and twitchy. like i'll be sitting on the ground and my legs will be bouncing, or when i'm sitting anywhere, any way, my leg will be bouncing. i try to stop but it feels like i need to. and then if they're not moving, my hands are playing with something; my hair, my fingers, my clothes, a pencil, paper, etc. or i'll be moving around in my chair. anyone know why this is? anyone who sees this might think i have infinite energy, but its the exact opposite. (link)
I suffered for about 4 years with extreme tiredness and other odd symptoms before my doctor did a blood test and found out I had vitamin b12 deficiency. He put me on shots of b12 and I improved quite quickly.
B12 deficiency causes nerve damage if left untreated, and that can account for the twitching you are experience. Doctors check for iron anemia but not always b12,go and get checked as soon as possible before there is ireversable damage.

When I use the bathroom there is blood in my stool (link)
I once noticed a tiny ammount of blood on the loo paper. My doctor insisted I had a colonoscopy. I am glad I did as they discovered a polyp and removed it. It did have some changes occuring within it and eventually could have turned to bowel cancer, who knows!
Do not be afraid its best to put your mind at rest than to sit worrying about it.

I need a new face wash/moisturizing routine. I have really dry skin that gets oily pretty quickly. My skin is sort of sensitive, I don't usually use anything that has strong fragrances. I use BareMinerals powder foundation and whatnot. After I shower, my skin feels very tight and if I smile, it feels like it is being stretched out and sort of hurts.

So basically, what is the best routine (including products) to use for my face? Types of face wash (brand, foam or cream etc.)? Best moisturizer that moisturizes skin but does not make excessively oily? Would really appreciate comments by personal experience :] Thanks! (link)
Try Liz Earle cleanse and polish, toner and combination skin moisturiser. Or Elemis pro collagen marine cream and pro radiance cleanser. Both are natural. It sounds to me like you are stripping your skin because of the oil, making it dry and tight. Do not use clearasil or that type of product, they are very drying.
Even though your skin can be oily use a light moisturiser as I say. Your skin will have been making more oil because you are drying it out with wrong product, and upsetting the acid mantle and ph of the skin. Good routine thats what you need.

15/f

I bruise over nothing. I wake up with new ones all the time.

Before spring break I had no bruises. Here's a picture from after. I had 17.

Then here's another picture from this past week.

They show up mostly on my legs, but sometimes in other places such as my arms & hips. I don't know what's happening, but they don't heal quickly either.

When I was younger I never bruised, now I could bruise from someone slightly poking me. (link)
my daughter was the same when she was small. I took her to the doctors who sent her immediately to hospital. It turned out her white platelet count was nearly gone. They did not do anything just monitored her. It eventually went back up. Years ago she would have had a bone marrow transplant but they said they like it to repair itself when possible.
Thye said it could have been caused with a bad virus at some time.
Just get checked because if its the same you bleed internally which is not good. I dont want to worry you, just take care and dont worry.

I'm a 13 yearold girl and i know it's normal to not have great skin because of puberty but how come celebrities get beautiful and glowing skin? What do they do? Please help I really would like pretty skin.
It's not really bad just not how I would like it. Thanks for eveyrones help! (link)
Everyone suffers at some point with hormones even celebrities.
Don't forget they have lots of money to get pampered everday by the best beauticians, and they have no worries.
A lot of the time the pictures you see in magazines are airbrushed to make them look thinner and prettier, but in real life they suffer from spots just like everyone else.
Use a simple cleanser, toner, and moisturiser and get into a good routine morning and evening, you won't go far wrong.
Of course do not each much chocolate or sugar instead lots of fruit, and drink water when you can.

Can anyone give me advice on my hair coz I was wondering if I can go swimming tomorrow in the local swimming pool. But ive bleached my hair blonde yesterday night. I what to know if it will turn green or if anything will happen?? please help me!! (link)
Yes it will! I was a hairdresser when younger and have seen a few cases of hair turning green. I know a cheap quick remedy if it does, use tomato ketchup it counteracts it,and lemons are good too. But watch it doesnt go in your eyes.

I don't tan, all I do is burn. I NEVER tan because my body just doesn't do it lol. So I was wondering if there was something I could do to help it besides spray tan or burn. Are there like herbs or something that could help? Also do guys like pale girls? Becuase ir seems like every guy I know doesn't like it...Thanks! :D (link)
I am fair skinned and tend to burn. It takes me a while to colour. The best thing I discovered is Elemis tan accelerator. You apply it every day and it brings the melanin thats in your skin to the surface, giving a bit more colour, but once in the sun you go golden not red, plus it prevents prickly heat too.

I'm being pissed off because of my oily face I wash my face using dove soap so of course the oil will gone but in few minutes the oil is there again and the oil on my nose never gone even if I wash it with soap. I also get painful bumps around my nose and chin and I've used every acne product you can think of even from my dermatologist. (link)
Please do mot use soap on your face at all!!!!You have an acid mantle to your skin this gets disturbed even with water, let alone soap. You have to keep the ph balance level, otherwise you will get breakouts.

Firstly invest in a good skincare routine.
The best I know for Acne simply because it cured my nephews is Liz Earle. It is completely natural. Cleanse and polish is her cleanser it comes with a muslim cloth which gently exfoliates.
Then use her toner, this is important to rebalance your skin once you have had water on it. Do not miss this step, plus it helps with the greasiness.
Finally moisturise. Most people think strip the skin its greasy, this could be one of your biggest problems. Your skin then cries out thinking it is dry and produces more sebum.
Make sure you choose the light option so it is not too oily for your skin type. Do try and exfoliate twice a week as this helps with scarring etc.
Another amazing brand for acne type skins is Alpha h. They have a product called liquid gold. You cleanse on a night, then tone, and then apply the liquid gold on cotton wool instead of moisturiser. It gently resurfaces the skin. The lady who bought the company did so because she suffered from really bad acne and would not go out,and was so amazed with the results she bought the company! They do a great cleanser too. Hope this helps,I can't imagine how much it affects someone with bad skin, good luck.

Ok so Im 13/f and I sweat majorly! I cant wear t-shirts that are tight against my arm pit. I have to wear big baggy shirts and tank tops. I have tried every single deoderant there is, every clinical things that dont work and I smell really bad when I sweat. I have tried everything! Help!! (link)
I suffer from underarm wetness and tried everything. Nothing worked until I tried sure, but not the normal spray, its a cream, you put it on at night. No more wetness,no more smell,it changed my life,as I was restricted to what I could wear ,please give it a go. Plus wear cotton when possible or natural fibres it helps too.
