I've been friends with this girl since the beginning of 8th grade - we're in 9th now. She's friends with most of the same people as me and we're pretty close. Last year she did what she wanted to do and didn't really care what others thought. Now, she's started copying my sayings, my interests, all of my music, my books, absolutely EVERYTHING. And also, one of our other friends got her hair cut short a bit ago and the copying girl just went out and chopped all of her hair off too. This annoyed both me and the girl who got her hair chopped off first.
I've tried everything - ignoring it, not talking about my interests, asking people for advice - but nothing works. I need to make her realize that she needs her own identity - not mine and everyone else's. Is there a way to confront her non-threateningly? What should I do? (link)

WELL i have someone just like this. yes, you need to confront her. Tell her in a nice way like "i really have noticed you have been copying me of what i do, say etc, thank you, but stop PLEASE. i said thank you in there because she ADMIRES you, not in gross way. just how you look and act. she wants to be JUST LIKE YOU. yes yes , that can be annoying. all u can do is confront.

i have an iMAC. i also have iPhoto and thats where i keep all my pictures. i used to have this brightness thing where i could drag this button and it would change it to darker or lighter. one day it just went away! how can i get it back (link)

I just got powerchains put on the front of my braces..and they are a really bright color. Is there anyway that I could make the color fade.. maybe by brushing my teeth a lot or drinking a lot of water or something? Because I wont be able to get the color changed for another 2 months. Thanks (link)

Hey,
I'm having a Halloween party tomorrow night. There are seven of us and it's in my house followed by a sleepover. We are all dressed up and set to go trick or treating but the forecast is rain!! If it rains really awfully we can't go out (we will if it's drizzle or just light though) as we all already have colds and stuff thanks to this lovely British weather!
My question is: do any of you wonderful people have any wonderful ideas as to what we can do if it DOES rain for the entire duration of the party? We are all sixteen, but please no 'just put on some music!' suggestions because that's boring! We don't mind being a little silly and acting like kids. We have already decided on movies, twister in costume, eating donuts hanging from the ceiling (VERY DIFFICULT!) and hide and seek in the dark. Can you think of anything else? (link)

My boyfriend and I our going to be going out for 1 year on Thursday. Well Friday theres a dance adn were gonna celabrate our 1 year then... and im giong there about 5 then the dance is 7-9 (he is helping out so he has to be ther ebye 6:45) and then I'm gonna go home with him and be home before 11 (so finish it up at like 10:30ish) Could someone tell me something my boyfriend can do for our 1 year to make it a night we will never forget? uhm, i am kind of confused here. it has been a week of this great guy being really sweet and nice. Maybe you answered and read my question about "does he like me?" well basically he always offers me his jacket so i can be warm and he meets me after a couple classes, and yesterday he gave me a hug the whole time we talked (like we were hugging and having a conversation at the same time. And he got dumped 2 weeks ago. I am thinking that this is maybe why he hasnt me out yet. That is fine; I can wait because he is worth it. well my brother; when he turned 15 he wanted a job too. But its REALLY HARD to get a job at 15. most jobs[resturants] you have to 16. my brother barely got a job at KFC.... good luck..

I'm Karlie, and im 13 in 7th grade. I liked this guy since umm what 4th yes 4th grade. He knows i like him but he says he likes me as a friend. It's weird cuz he shows signs that he likes me (stares and acts hopeless and shy). Ok, last sunday I went to the scary haunted house hay ride, cornmaze place. Well, while my 2 freinds and I were there, we met these guys. Me and one guy hit it off real fast and we were all over eachother... not makeing out though (just the hands and arms) so, at the end he asked for my number. I gave it to him. Then he came back and sad can I give you my number and I was like my ohone doesn't work.. it really doesnt! I left it out in the rain and the screen doesn't work I can only call people. well... if your comfotable with telling your parents then do!- i encourage you to, most relationships go DOWN hill if you don't. of coarse when your phone works,[ask your parents]give him your #!!! you DO NOT look desperate..,, just want a b/f. When you do have a chance with him pick a [quite] lake or pond[or somewhere alone] to be. then I WOULD hit it off. --If hes comfortable with that. well on monday this guy told my friend that he liked me. i really really like him to. my face lights up and it just makes my day when he calls. sometimes i wait up all night for him to call, but when he does its totally worth it. anyways, tuesday after school i was talking to my friend paul. I told him that I like ryan. Its kind of a secret, but I think ryan already knows. So on the phone yesterday ryan really wanted to know what the secret was. I said to guess. my best friend since auguest is a grade lower than me. well obviously she knew my crush (in my grade) because i would obsess over him every day. well she went out with my freind in my grade. they broke up. but then today, i head that she was going out with my crush and its true!! im so mad at her! how LOW is that?!!! shes like "i thought you didnt like him anymore" im like "COME ON thats why i talk about him and obsess over him every day!!???!!!! give me a effin break!" so i was a crying during school. i HATE THIS. she broke up with him but im NEVER going to forgive her for this!!!

well we all have relationship probs. but this one is LOW. what do you think you should do? not be friends with her? have you talked to him or her lately? You can always CRUSH but if he's taken then you can't help that. And thats weired cause a story happened to me almost exactly like that... and i got over it. The girl was my friend.
