my parents are getting a divorce, and my brother is a total bastard. i dont know what i should do because i dont want to go back to cutting. that made me feel better, but i know that it doesnt help in the long run. neither does drinking or getting high, or smoking ciggarettes, all of which i've done. i dont want to do any of those anymore, so what should i do? my mom is being a total bitch and wants me to live only with her and BARELY see my dad, but i want to see him alot. please help
i've been through the same shit and i know exactly how much it sucks... im not gonna say i've been in the same position because its not true... but what i think you need to do is enjoy urself.. seriously... you need to hang out with friends a lot so you can keep your self esteem up and you can have a good time instead of concentrating on the bad things as for the drinking cut it down to just an occasional thing same with the high and the cigarettes... im not going to tell you not to do them cuz i do all of them too but...yeah hang with friends stay happy and just express to your mom what you really want... in a nice way.. don't be mean or angry jus tell her very calmly and truly.... let me know how it works out!!! hope it helped!!! I think that all of this is seriously normal and probably jus a part of puberty and maturing, but then again im no doctor.. i would say take sum tylenol for the pain and jus wait and if it doesn't change in a couple of weeks then get a doctor but till then yeah jus try to deal with it and see if ne thing happens. im also not a girl so im sorry if i can't provide that kind of insight... ummm i hope i helped a little bit and if i didn't im really sorry... sn TheWhiteBlader

Okay well, there's quite a few flaws in your thinking. God is not supposed to do anything for you, nothing at all. He is not required to help you nor was He wasn't required to die for you, so why should he have to do anything else? He is there for you all the time, but you must lean on him and respect him. You can't just think he's there to make everything better because that's not always what he's there for. He's there for you when times are good, and bad. Believe it or not He has feelings too. He doesn't have to prove his existence to you at all, because it should be a known fact to all man-kind, for he created you. He did, where do you think that the world came from? A random germ popped up in the middle of nowhere? If you try and imagine this, God is always. There was never a beggining, He's always been here. He knew what you were going to look like, what you were going to be when you grow up, (even if you don't know right now) and He knows your going through this situation, and He will help you through this. I saw in an earlier question that you said you did not believe in God, you have a pretty clear impression that you did not. As for your reasoning for not believing, I'd like to know why because there is so many good things that come from believing.

My boyfriend and I broke up about 2 months ago, I have a new boyfriend and everything is going great. Though, I still like and have feelings for my ex (he's also my best friend), whenever we hang out or do things with "the gang" all those feelings come back and I wish things had never ended with us. ok, so i dont think im ugly, but i know im definitely not gorgeous, and when i get compliments on my body or anything else from guys, i don't know how to respond. i became friends with this one girl named Jenna who was new this year. weve been in school for about 5 monthes now and me, one of my best friends, and one of my guy friends are her only friends in our school. well one of her guy friends from her old school likes me and i dont like him back. he saw me at the movies one night and gets mad because im with another guy, he tells Jenna and Jenna gets mad at me and says some extremly mean things to me, things that a "bff" (as she calls us) would NEVER say. she then apologizes the next day when she hears the real story from one of my friends. i dont know if i should forgive her because she really feels bad.. or shes apologizing because she needs friends at our school and if im mad at her, then she knows my friend and my guy friend will surly be mad at her too.. also she has gotten me in a LOT of trouble.. like trouble with cops.. please help!

I had a dream that my boyfriend's, mother's... boyfriend poisoned them and killed them. I woke up from that dream in my dream and went to see if it was true and it in my awaken dream, he really did die like that. I was crying and tossing. My parents heard me crying and tossing and turning. Then my dad woke me up and i was so relived it was a dream. The whole time though i was thinking, its just a dream call buck make sure he is still alive. When i woke up from both dreams called my boyfriend and he was alive. I have no idea, why i had such an awful dream like that. What do you think this is suppose to mean?????
u can get nightmares really easy if u have been under a lot of stress lately or u have been keepin things hidden from other people or jus hidden in general... so try to keep those things to a min if u can and those nightmares should not come back! im sorry it was sooo horrible but i don't think it means ne thing so don't worry too much about it!!! hope i could help!!! good luck!

There is this guy that ive likes for awhile now and he is a junior and i am a fresman.(highschool) He is one of the sweetest guys i have ever met and we get along really well. He called me and asked me if i wanted to go to the movies with him the on the weekend and i said yes. then i saw him two days after that and he said he really liked me but he just wanted to be friends because he thought about it and the fact that im two years younger then him scares him because he doesnt think i want a relationship. Its been a week since all of that has happened and now he doesnt hug me when he sees me and he doesnt go out of his way to talk to me. i still REALLY like him and i want to tell him id be ready for a relationship but i dont want to seem desprite and i dont want to bug him about it. should i just try to forget about him or what?

Hey Im getting braces in a week.. i was wondering if there was anything i should do to prevent the pain.. or to get rid of the pain.. or could somebody jsut tell me how much pain there even really is? cuz i get different answers from like everyone i ask.. i just wanna be prepared. I know i should take advil before getting them put on, and i should bring chapstick with me.. any more advice? hey i have already had braces and im not gonna lie they really suck!! u don't really need ne thing but then again it wuz prolly jus me that didn't use nuthin and it wusn't that bad gettin them on. not bad at all. but jus make sure when they have been on...like the next day or week etc... drink lotsa water and have lots of soft food ready and u'll be fine i guarantee it!!! good luck with that!

i don't think itz bad talkin to people u don't know and it can actually be pretty good for u meetin new people even online. but never give ur phone number out to people u don't know or people that are not friends of ur friends. thats how stalkers and freaks get their chances. no worries!!!
