Well, I weigh 126 lbs right now, and I want to just trim down in the tummy area a little bit, so my ideal weight would be at 122 lbs or so. I read that to lose weight that you should change your eating to healthy choices, but I already eat a reasonably healthy diet; no doughnuts or pastries, I hate salad dressing, I eat a lot of fruit, etc. So you see I don't know what else I can do. OK heres the deal I wanta play basketball but if i do i dont think i will "play" i didnt last year and i doubt that i will this year.
