is there a way to have sex and make sure that the condom doesn't break at all during having sex?

well i've never actualy done it...but i've heard that people fill their condoms up with water first just to make sure there is no hole in it to start out with.

There's always a chance of pregnancy, no matter what you use.
DO NOT put more than one condom on at a time. It INCREASES the risk.
Just make sure it's on correctly by following the instructions in the box if you didn't know already.

Not really.

The best way to not get pregnant is to not have sex but the condom is pretty effective if you that worried don't have sex because there is always that chance.
