Would someone please tell me what a "pap smear" is! I know it has to do with going to the gyno. But what is it and what is it for? And how is it done?-Thanks!
A papsmear is to check your female organs...they go up inside u and check u to make sure everything is ok and u can still have kids..hope that answers it
hey .. my boyfriend is in the hospital rite now .. hes in intensive care .. he got into a car accident and now has a fractured skull, bleeding in the brain. the doctors have him in a drug induced coma right now..and they dont predict him to wake up for a few months, and then they will run the tests on his brain .. they are currently waiting for the swelling to go down on his brain. surgery was going to take place, but they decided to just wait for the swelling to heal on its own .. they dont expect him to wake up for several months now..but my question to you, is .. that im realllllyyy scared ... do yu think he'll be okay? hes in one of the best hospitals in jersey but still .. i need some truth..thnx .. anything yu say ill give yu a 5 ..
Ok Im really sorry.........well I have a friend his name is Kevin and he had got in a car accident and he was in a coma for 6 months , but now he has a doctors degree and a beautiful wife and children...Keep your hopes up..Miracles happen

ok i got this bacterial infection in my throat adn i was prescribed pills but i dont care much for them. i took them how i was suposed to for a week and i have like a bunch left but i feel fine, should i continue taking them even tho i feel fine?

I NEED to learn how to swallow pills... i just cant do it, i have a huge gag reflex but i'm in so much pain and the only med. i can get is swallowable. Anyone know any tricks??
I kno a really good trick...My mom used to put it in ham or smash the pill up in little pieces and put it in some kind of food and just eat it if you need more help just e-mail me or sumthin k?

My boyfriend & best friend are very close. My best friend even hooked us up. The thing is, my best friend is always messing around with my boyfriend. They always play fight and laugh about it, but to me it's flirting. I get extremely jealous but try to play it off thinking they're just good friends. My best friend is the kind of person who if I told her about it would think I'm crazy but then flirt with him even more! I love them both, but I can't help feeling that they have some sort of feelings for eachother. He tells me he loves me and my best friend is just a friend, nothing more. Am I crazy for thinking this? Could there be something going on between them?
I think you should wait a little longer and If they keep it goin sit down with them and figure out if they do have feelings for eachother, but If they think your completely crazy just join in, in there little fights and flirting and you could even make your friend see that It hurts you to see them flirt and touch eachother
I'm not sure how to explain this. But my eyes hurt very badly. It feels like, you use the eye muscles to keep your eyes open, right? When I close my eyes, it feels like the muscles aren't relaxed, and it feels like my eyes are still open and it hurts. I can't even sleep at night because of this feeling. A few things, I spend A LOT of time on the computer. I have glasses that I am supposed to use for reading, but I can read perfectly and I don't use them. My eyes aren't red and they don't itch. Should I go to the eye doctor, or the doctor, or what? Anything I should try?
I think that you should either talk to your mom about it and make an appt. with the eye doctoe just in case and I also think that you should spend less time on the computer until your eyes start to feel a little bit better

cats have really good senses of where they live and how to get back to where they came from..not to worry is the best thing but try to ask around the neighborhood of where it got out and ask as many people as possible..if your cat doesnt come back the thing to do is to let it go and get a new one.
A friend of mine and i went to the movies the other night, and as were pulling up, i see the guy i like standing next to a car down the lot. I was getting all excited when he stood up, and then i saw what he was holding, and i was repulsed. In one hand, he was holding a lit joint, and in the other, a half empty bottle of vodka. I had no idea he did these things!! And i have my values..i try not to associate with ppl who do harm to themselves in such ways. Even though his lifestyle goes against my beliefs, i cant seem to get over my feelings for him. I just dont how to do it. How do i 4get this guy?
The best way you can get over this guy....Is find sum1 a lot better than him...You can meet good guys at a church? There is always a lot of guys out there that have better expectations then him.

Nex time he brings up that he wants to you to call him tell him that you are busy and you'll probably get distracted with what your doing, and that he should call you when he gets a chance. Or another approach is that next time he tells you to call him jokingly make a comment about it but have some seriousness to it, so he gets the idea but its not too harsh. i hope this helped :)
