I have a friend that ive known for several years. She lives a very long distance away from me and theres nothing i can do physcially for her. Her father makes her have sex with him on a nightly basis. Is there any way i can help her get help. Shes afraid of going against him, because he is paying for her college and everything. It sounds like the only way your gonna get through this is with a hidden camara. find someone who can help you with that. plant it, wait to catch him in the act, and bust him red handed. the fuck deserves life in jail.
this isn't a matter of convincing her to get help, this is a matter of what YOU should do as a freind, reguardless of how much she's afraid.

anyway, I guess I'm obligated to answer, but you probably won't like it, seeing as I'm not religious... at all... I'm agnostic.
I'd say do what the hell you want to... but it you REALLY don't want do, then... go for a walk or something, find something else more time consuming to do.

i use to cut alot but after i started goin out w/ this one guy i stopped for him. We broke up after 6 months and for this whole past year every time ive wanted to cut i've thought of him and would think about how much he would hate it if i started again. Well im still in love w/ him and i finally got the courage to call him and tell him. He told me that did love me and that really broke my heart and i've been wanting to cut really bad but i don't know what to do!someone plz help!!!!

I have a small but confusing problem, to do with my friend.(I'll call him John)John's dad is a CEO and he has been out of the country for the past 10 months. He got back almost a week ago and saturday he sat down his family and confessed that he had been unfaithful to John's mother durring the 10 months. This really shook up John, he's scared, confused and really unsure of alot of things right now. And he came to me. And I don't know how to respond to this. I want to be supportive and I don't know what I would do if I were him. And he's alot more than a friend, and about 3 years older. What would you do if you were in our situation?

there is nothing that John -himself- can do in that situation, it's really painful for him to have to sit there and watch stuff like that happen and not be able to do anything, but thats how it goes like that...
All you can do is be there for him, comfort him, and do the best that you can.

I had me an epiphany (a revelatory manifestation of a divine being.)
this morning .. the doorbell rang .. about 8 o'clock (ish) .. behind the door was a 20-something old man .. neat looking character ..
he handed me a pampflet and .. the message was .. "have you seen Jesus?" .. danm! .. i said DAMN! .. as it so happens with me that in situations like this i tend to act very arogantly and .. allthough it may seem cool at the time .. it really is not cool at all .. one needs to take into acount the feelings of the person he or she interacts with .. i said .. "Jep! I just did!" and slammed the door shut.
later i thought .. a. did i hurt that poor bastards feelings .. and .. b. what does it all mean? .. (link)

EEK, although you definatly should not have done that, you did it, so here it goes...
Tell him, honestly, you have to. If you two really have it going together, and he really likes you, make sure you make it clear thats the ONLY thing you faked, becuase if you two are as close as you say you are, he won't care.

my dad left and said if there was any fighting we were going to leave 5 hourslate tommorw and he sooooo mena it s o we wont be able to swim ( its gonne be the onlii nce day, while i was cleaning a threw soem cloths and my LITTLE sisters room she 9. She Wipped a really har doll at my ribs and it hurts sooo bad. wHENever i do the smallest tihng bad to her she flips outand clal my dad overnotihng, like i really never hurt her.

Yup, I hate to state the worst, but in a case like that, it's something you have -no- control over... just have to bite it, bear it, and live it. Find a good freind, talk about it, and it helps to have a shoulder to cry on.
I talk from experience, and that -does- matter...
also, I don't know how close you and you parents' are, but talk to them. And when I mean them I mean -individually-, becuase talking to them together could spawn some pretty crappy situations, assuming they've been argueing alot...
hey, I'm just taking the worst case here, I don't know the senario, so it could even be a phaze or some problem they'll get over, but as I go by....
Prepare for the worst, Hope for the best.

ok i really like this guy. (well call him P) well today we are having a 1rst of july party. i didnt have a clue who my dad was inviting but i was really hoping that he invited his family. but it turns out that its just basically a work party, even though he said its a 'get together'. but i havent seen P in 3 weeks. I really miss him and i think might even love him. what could i do to see him again? besides calling him and feeling like a stalker or IMing him.. any ideas? o and also, my parents dont know i like him. Comming from a gay guy, my best advice is this.
Just becuase your hot DOES NOT mean that guys will go out with you. a good Percentage of guys tend to say they will... and plus, If they -WILL- go out with you spontainiously like that, they're using you for sex, and you don't want that hun ^-~ well...

14/f -- my friends in I call ourselfs "the crew". Mainly, it's me & my boyfriend, his best friend & his girlfriend [my best friend], and occasionally a few others. We all have open relationships were we tell each other everything. Except we don't tell our b/f&g/fs everything so we kinda share secrets and give advice and such. The other day my bf's best friend [he just happens to be my ex] told me that he still has feelings for me and thinks about me more than his girl. now, he keeps talking to me about this and trying to get me to cheat on my boyfriend with him.. i'm not gonna, but what should i say to him to make him back off?? Cheating is always... ALWAYS out of the question, and I'm sure you know that already. Honestly, the best way is the straitforward way in this sort of situation, he seems persistant, so anything less would resuly in him pestering you more.
