OK, i just got my first period today. Unfortunately, my mom is on vacation so I have no clue what to do. Am I supposed to wear a pad/tampon while I sleep? How often should i change them? THank you so much for your help! (link)

I'm new at this too, but I've had only 2 periods so far and right now I just started y 3rd*. . I wear pads, my mom says Im too younge for tampons, just incase u leave them in to long I dont wnat anythign to happen to you. . lol sry but dont wear tampons untill ur older, just trust me! U will be mroe responsible, cuz some times i 4get imw earing pads, because ud ont have to chnage thme as much as u do tampons, My flow isnt that much its very light so I only have to change it 2-3 tinmes a day, i chnage it in the mornign befor ei go to school, and befor e lucnh i check it and usually tis fine and thne i chnage it befor ei go to bed, a fresh one 4 bed is good because it wont be all soggy or enything wne u wake up. . because if u flow alot mroe u migh need o chnage it more than 3 times i dont knw exactly. . start with the medium or large size. . and check how much u flow* I use regular. . ok well hope all goes well. . !!!
p.s I barely get cramps, but u may get some. . I usually get them right before i have my period. . and thats about it but when i starte dmy 2 and 3 i didnt get them. . only the first!

OK so here's what happened this weekend...
Friday; after work Jon came up to me and told me (with beautiful eloquence) that he fancied me.
Saturday; I went to meet him after work to talk to him.I was sufficiently confused that he guilt-tripped me into saying that I liked him back and getting his mobile no. etc.
Sunday; he asked me to meet him and we spent a couple of hours in town talking.
Monday;he asked me to meet him (again) and I said I had to much work to do.
Today; I will be seeing him and would like YOUR advice as to how to let him down.
He is a very sweet person but I don't like him enough to want to go out with him especially with the complication of working together.

Okay, there's this guy who I am madly in love with. I think of him 24/7, I doodle his name all over my school work, and I dream about him at night. But, as far as I know, he has no idea that I like him. Now he's got a girlfriend. I have no clue what to do. I mean, just because he has a girlfriend, doesn't mean that I can just turn off my feelings like they never existed. I mean, I cry everytime I see him and his girlfriend together. And I see him ALL the time. Everyday in class, weekends, summer. It's crazy. I just don't know what to do. But my problem is that I don't know how to tell him that I love him, because I'm positive that he doesn't feel the same way. All of my friends say I should move on...but it's just so hard. Our english teacher just started a creative writing club and we just had a meeting to come up with a club name that's unique and fun. Well we got absolutely nowhere, and since I'm secretary and club organizer I have to help decide a club name. And I can't think of ANYTHING!
