Q: is it better to work out before or after you eat?

Well when you eat before you work out you burn whatever you ate but you can still eat after you work out because your body is still burning calories so whatever you eat after gets burned also.

Q: ok, so a little over 2 years ago I broke my ribs playing soccer (catching a shot that someone took [im a keeper]). I never went to the doctors or anything, and just let them heal over time.
So now my problem is that that I am really sensetive around the area where my ribs were broken [like if the get hit or something]. Also when I run, enough so that Im starting to get out of breath my ribs really start to hurt again.
Is this normal? and Is there anything that I can do that will help make this pain go away?

First off if you broke your ribs you should have went to the doctor. Broken bones can heal wrong if not treated correctly and could be very painful during and after they heal. I really think you should go to see a doctor about that. Not trying to scare you or anything but if you didnt have those problems before your broke your ribs 9 times out of 10 something is wtong and you need to get it checked out asap! But until then i dont think you should do alot of activities that may make the pain come back just settle down until you can get it checked out. Oh yea advil works wonders if the pain comes back =]

Q: i had sex about a month ago and i was desperaetly waiting for my period well i got it but light can you get your period after havin sex about a month earlier and then still be pregnant?

Yes you can! It could just be that your period is changing. .it happens alot but you should go get a pregnancy test to be safe. The best test are at the doctor office but if not get a good one at the store. Not the cheap ones though they lie! =]

Q: Hello im 18/f
I got my belly button pierced about a month ago and it still hasnt healed.
I went to a good place and they said i cant use neosporen (idk how to spell it right) or any other antibiotic ointments
is that true? because this lady from hair salon told me i could but i dont want to risk it because when i asked if i can use neosporin the piercing guy said no unless i want my belly button to fall off...
so i ended up buying this purified sea water spray for 10 bucks...
how can it heal fast?!

You actually dont need those antibiotics or that spray! I have my belly button pierced and the only thing the man told me to do was to clean it real good when i take a shower but dont clean it to much because you still need some of the bacteria to help it heal! If it start getting crust around it dont freak out or anything jus clean it with peroxide. It should heal in a week or two!

Q: so i met this kid about two months ago at a concert. weve gone out like 5 or 6 times. things are moving pretty fast and im fine with that. things just get really hot when we're together. were hanging out tomorrow, and were going to spend most of the time in my car. i know we're going to hook up, so far weve been to third base and he really wants to go all the way. im a virgin and i dont exactly know if i want to just yet. i do want to, but then i think about it and talk myself out of it. should i go for it?

I think you should only go for it if you really want to. Dont let anybody talk you into anything you dont want to do because you will regret it! Also think long and hard about this before you do anything because if your saying things are going real fast then that may just be his plan! Slow things down and if he really likes you then he will be okay with it but if he's not than you know what he was there for. Be safe and smart!

Well i dont have mine pierced but my sisters do and they said that it doeesnt really hurt when its first done but iT hurtS alot after! Most of the time it gets swollen and its hard to eat but they all told me it goes away in less than a week. Hope i helped! =]

Q: A few months ago, something happened and I turned the school against me. I'm embarrassed even writing from this because I'm afraid someone from my school will read it and think of me.
I can't walk down the hallway without thinking that everyone there is thinking bad thoughts about me. I feel like everyone judges my every thought, word, or action. I know they don't, but I can't stop the little voice in my head that says they are.
What do I do?
Its making me feel like I'm going crazy.

I dont know exactly what you did but something bad happened to me when i was a freshman and the whole school found out and i thought they all looked at me different and some did but my real friends didnt! You really cant do much about what people think about you because they're going to think what they want no matter what! Q: okay im 15/f and my boyfriends 14/m.
weve been dateing for awhile now. and we fight all the time. about anything we go to diffrent schools to. so it doesnt help.he has made me cry in public and pretty much every day. but the days i see him wich is only twice a week or so. but he has told me that he thinks its weird when were not together and my frineds really hate him like they truely do. but im in love with him i know im only 15 and i could say it about every guy i date but ive never felt this strongly for someone. he doestn like the fact that i have done alot with other guys we fight about that all the time. and he yells and says he doesnt want to talk to me then he says he loves me and is sorry. im greatly confused on what im supposed to do should i trust my friends when they say hes no good for me or should i go with what my heart says to do? both seem right to me but they both cant be right?

I say you go with your heart. It could be puppy love or it could be real you never know. But There must be some other reason why your friends hate him so much, and if there is then maybe you should you consider that but only if there's a real good reason. Friends are great support but only you two know how deep your feelings are. And for the fight part, i had that same problem with my boyfriend. Its not that he dont love or care about you its just that a guy wants to feel like your his and only his so when he thinks bout you being more than just friends with any guy it kinda hurts! No you cant take it back but all you can do is sit down and talk to him bout it and if you think your serious enough about him; make sure it doesnt happen again. Sooner or later he will see that the past is only the past.
