all right, i'm going to this wedding today and i'm bringing my best guy friend and now i'm feeling nervous. see i have this huge family and i'm worried they will bug him or make him feel uncomfortable. i can't cancel because he seems to really want to go an i'm just worried my family will scare him away or something. what would you guys do in this situation? i already warned him but he just laughed and said he was sure it would be fine... but still i'm nervous. help?
If they start to embarrass or bug him, just laugh it off, and maybe he will too. If they start to get really annoying, tell them politely that they are (I know that's hard, but hey its about the only thing you CAN do). Try to ignore them, too. That usually works for me!!

i get like that sometimes, all i can tell you is that when you REALLY like someone you will know, and you won't have any doubts. give it some time and if it keeps going on like this, break up with him because you don't really like him!
Theres a guy I like. He goes to my school. Is in my grade, two of my classes, ect. ect.
But, he knows I like him, and doesn't like me back. He's told me multiple times. But lately, he's been acting like I'm okay. Usually he acts like he hates me. He even IMed me first on AIM. Which is like, a first. Ever. We've been able to talk more, and we're getting along pretty well.
The bad side is, well, I've liked him for so long, now that he's finally maybe liking me, I don't feel exactly the same. I'm in this odd stage where, I do and don't like him. I mean, he's hurt me so much, but I feel like I love him. I can't control my feelings.
So what I would like to know is:
Do you think he likes me?
What should I do if he asks me out?
and
Should I take action?(ME asking him out)
I have NO idea what to do.

I have the exact same kind of relationship with this boy that I like. In order to know if he likes you or not, you have to ask. I know that sounds hard, but boys don't normally just come out and say "I like you." You have to get it out of him if you really want to know. If he asks you out, give it a shot. I mean, can he hurt you more than he has already? And I don't think that YOU should ask HIM out because guys normally like to be in control. And believe me, if he likes you, he'll ask you out if you give him hints. (well, more hints, lol) Just be super nice to him and respect him and give it a LITTLE bit of time. Things should work out, and hey, even if they don't, theres probably a kazillion other guys out there that are perfect for you and would never even think about hurting you.
my mom said i cant have a sweet 16 party with my friends bc my sisters didnt get one..do u think this is fair or no?
I think if you want it bad enough, you should tell her. Also, did your sisters get 18th birthday parties? Maybe shes saving money for your 18th.. and who knows, maybe shes having you a surprise 16th!!!
i am 13 and i weigh 68-70 pounds, and all my friends talk about how skinny and pretty i am, well i think im too skinny and i have tried sooooo hard to gain weight, i had to go to the childrens hospital and they couldnt figure out why im so skinny, and when i say i've tried to gain weight i really have tried, i eat like a freaking pig, all my friends wander how i can eat so much and still be skinny, any advice?'ve done the mccdonalds diet for getting fat... doesnt work.
My friend has this "disease" where you eat alot but you never gain weight, I think you should get checked for it. I forget what its called but my friend is 14 and is 5'9" and weighs 105 lbs. You can see every bone in her body. She eats so much too, like 3 pieces of pizza at lunch with a whole bag of chips and cookies. Maybe you should check it out!

This might not be easy, but I'm thinking you're gonna have to wait until someone better comes along. The next boy that does come along will treat you 100 times better and you'll love him for it. I know its hard to like someone that doesn't like you back, but apparently he is a shallow boy who doesn't appreciate girls who are beautiful on the inside and out. You need to find yourself someone that feels the same way about you, no matter how long it takes.
this is a stupid question but i'll ask it anyway. What should you tell a guy if he ask you if you're a virgin? Evereyone is telling me different. some of my male friends tell me that you should defenetly tell them that your a virgin because all guys like the girls to be like pure and clean and stuff (i dont know, thats what they tell me) and that if your a virgin they will like you more because it will be like a big deal for them..you know, to get a virgin to lose her virginity is big, it will make them proud of them selves or something. And some of my friends tell me that they always go for girls that lost their virginity already because that would make them more experienced and stuff.And it will make the sex better.. And that it wont be as gross as having sex with a virgin..I dont know im soo confused! I think that if you don't want to be fake about anything, tell him the honest truth! I mean, why would you lie about something that big?
well this kid ryan, in study hall today he walked by me and hit my pen and messed up my paper, so then after that he felt bad about it and sat next to me and asked me if he could re write it for me.. and then after he was done he wrote "i love ryan" all over my red binder in permanent marker, and hes like, "and it'll stay there forever because thats how long you'll love me okay?" and he walked me to my bus. but i dont know what this means.
I think he MIGHT like you. Or maybe he's just a really big flirt. I can't tell you truely, because I don't really know the kid. But from what it sounds like, he's pretty flirtatious with you, which could meant that he likes you or that he just flirts. The only way you'll know is if you ask him!
I have a really bad problem with my hair. it's huge. It frizzy and thick and its so hard to manage. I was just wondering if there are any known products that can help me with my unmanageable hair. I've tried thinning, and cutting and many products with minimal success. Also straightening my hair takes about 3 hours and I really dont have that kind of time to spend on my hair. Please help!! I rate high for appropriate answers
I have the same problem, except mine is curly. Thinning really really thick hair can alot of times make it even thicker! I use Frizz Ease by John Frieda (all the products, they range from shampoos and conditioners to serums and gels) and it works wonders. I also used this easy straight thing that I bought at CVS on it and it made it more manageable. Tell me how this works for you!!!
I hae to close friends that are pregnant. Unfortunantly one was raped and the other one was by her boyfriend. They are both considering abortion. Why is it that people think it is all right for my friend who was raped to get an abotion and the other one isn't. Both are still killing and innocent child...Please help me understand the difference!!
Your friend that was having sex should have her baby and take the responsibility. Your friend that got raped (if she wasn't sexually active) was not taking over the responsibilities that come with sex, because she was not voluntarily committing sexual acts. I think that your friend that got raped having an abortion is fine, because she was the innocent one in the situation.

I used to have a few "friends" like that. Turns out, they both DID like me, but they didn't want girlfriends and they knew at that point that thats all I wanted to be with them. If you make yourself available and try to be flirty without being obsessive or stalkerish you should have a better chance. Also, if he tells you again that he just wants to be friends tell him you don't want him leading you on if he doesn't plan to take it anywhere. Hope it works out!!
