ok here it goes my house smells really bad. I dont know why i think its because of my grandma shes old and she just moved in with us. It may because of your grandmother but it might also be because yearound houses can smell musty. If it continues you can buy a couple of those wall plug-in that they sell at Bath&Body works. You can get them in your favorite scents. Get a couple for your room, living room, kitchen, grandma's room, and bathrooms. I hope this helps!

Tell her honestly how you think he is treatig her. Tell her that you are looking out for her own good. She may be mad at you now, but she will thank you later. Also it is typical for a girl to get over someone she loves, but try to introduce her to someone you think she would be good with who, and someone who is a little more around her age. One thing to start getting yourself in the mood to be in shape is to reward yourself. Say if you run a mile twice one week you will treat yourself to a new outfit. Talk to your parents and ask them to try to modivate you. If you are tired you could just try going for a walk a couple times a week. Hope this helps!

A few things that help me fall asleep are lavender and inscence. You can buy a very cheap lavender pillow that will probably help you fall asleep. Also you can burn some insense, like a candle.Hope this helps you

One way to get your name out is to pass out flyers in your neighbors mailboxes. Also if there is a local supermarket or resturant ask them if you can put a flyer on there bulletinboard with rip-offs of your number. You should be hearing from people in no time. hope this helps!

It is very normal for girls during puberty to have to grow into your bodies. They may stick out now, but sooner than you know they will look normal and less wide. Hope this helps

The new school year is coming very soon and I'm going into 9th grade (so is my friend)and we recently received our schedules. She really doesn't like school, and she says she has no friends in her classes, and we don't have any classes together except maybe lunch. And she's not looking forward to this year at all 'cause 7th and 8th grade sucked, and I'll agree on that. I just told her to try to look at school with a positive outlook. She won't listen and doesn't believe. I just don't know what to do. I really wish she would just try to enjoy her time even though it's school.
Does anyone know what I can do about her feeling this way? I've tried to help her, I just don't know what to say.

In my school experiences I have learned to just make the best of it. theres nothing you can do to change your schedules, so you might as well try to make friends with the people in your classes. Tell her that. Also who knows she may think it will seem bad, but then it could turn out to be the best year of her life. Let her know that even if it isn't a good year there are still 3 more years of high school. Hope this helps!

It's not illegal to date him, it's just illegal to sleep with him (that's satatory rape). But I say yes, if you like him date him! I reccomend talking it over with your parents though. Good luck!

Ok I know that using tampons can be scary but once you get the hang of them there not hard to use at all. One way I suggest to learn how to use them is to take a hand mirror and put it between your legs. Get to know your parts down there and where you insert the tampon. Also try sticking your finger in the hole. I know this sounds gross but it helps. Good luck! =)

This may sound scary to you but there is a small chance that you might be pregnant. And this may sound even scarier you may have an STD. It also could be nothing, but it would be better to get it checked out then to find out later. You need to get yourself to a free clinic and see if you are pregnant, or have sadly been a victim of the sexually transmitted disease. Good luck, and i hope everything works out for you.

Hair on boobs-It's normal if you are Irish, Italian or of Certain European heritage. No, shaving is not good because it will make them grow back thicker. If your really dont like them, I would recomend purchasing a mini waxing kit from a drug store (this will cost roughly $6) Or, a hair removal product may work (But I suggest reading the back of the bottle before choosing one) Good luck!

ok i DO have friends, but i cant make them easily! whenever im in a new situation im always just sitting in the corner by myself, lonely, etc! and that sucks! acuse then it makes the experience NO FUN!! and im like the loudest person ever when you get to know me. how can i over come this? i feel weird if i just go up and say "HI IM ____" (but if worst comes to worst, i do it but im like shaking!!!) so yeah, how can i get rid of this shyness?! I know meeting new people can be hard. Especially when you have trouble already with making new aquatinces. One thing you can do is if you are at a party, don't be shy! Go up and introduce yourself to someone, and share what you like to do in your spare time. Say, " Do you like to fly kites?" Me too! Suggest you join a kite club together. Play sports.One way to get rid of your shyness is to get involved with other people. Interact. Don't live under a rock. I have a friend who is exactly like that, and has a lot of trouble meeting new people. She gets very shy and runs away. Meet new people in clubs, remeber social=detention= DETENTION FRIENDS!!! Ok.. this has been buggin me alot lately.. I'm 14/f, and I have never had a b/f. I know that my time will conme and everything, and Ijust have to wait. But, what bugs me is that I know I'm not gorgeous, or really skinny or anything, but I see girls who are a heck of alot uglier, and bigger than me who have b/f's, so it just makes me feel like there's something wrong with me, cause they can get b/f's and I can't. No, I doubt you are bisexual. All girls think other girls are pretty. Also, did you know everyone goes through a phase of wondering if they are bisexual before they are 18? But if you are, don't be ashamed.

STD's are sexually transmitted disease. They are transmitted through oral sex,and sexual intercourse. You should ask an adult or someone you trust that educated about this kind of thing. If you are uncomfterable confronting someone go to www.webmd.com.
