ok im 13 i have had my period since i was 10 and i wanna use a tampon but it wont go up i need help i have my period now so help fast will be nice and please no stupid or mean answers

Ok I know that using tampons can be scary but once you get the hang of them there not hard to use at all. One way I suggest to learn how to use them is to take a hand mirror and put it between your legs. Get to know your parts down there and where you insert the tampon. Also try sticking your finger in the hole. I know this sounds gross but it helps. Good luck! =)

If you don't need or you don't know how to use a tampon. Stick with a regular pads because it's easier to put on and in my opinion, it's better. It's natural to have it when you were 10 and don't be so freaked out. It's perfectly natural. Goodluck!
