Thesis rules:
A thesis statement should:
· Never be an open-ended question
· Be limited to mentioning only those points you plan to discuss in your essay
· Never be so broad that it’s difficult to discuss all relevant information
· Only present one specific idea; not multiple ideas
· Not contain two conflicting ideas
Advicewiz<3 answered Wednesday August 10 2005, 12:26 pm: The hypothesis that the research is trying to prove with the research. You kind of wrap all of your infrormation up into one sentance to prove what you have written. Hope this helps!
